All Cleaners

I’ve used this cleaners regularly for almost ten years to clean my suits, shirts and do alterations. Never had a complaint. Never a problem. Today, my dress shirt cuffs weren’t pressed right (very badly actually) and I asked nicely for them to be re-​pressed. She would not. I don’t know why, as it would have only taken two minutes. She stood her ground and basically called me a liar and refused to correct the situation. I’ve been a model customer, probably spending an average of $ 150 per month over almost ten years in this shop and she would not accommodate a simple request. And I was being very polite about it, not confrontational at all. After ten years I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. No shortage of cleaners in town. I’m really shocked at this especially as a regular customer over many years, but what can you do? Maybe they have too much business and don’t care about customer service anymore, but I found the conduct very unprofessional and will never return.

I have been coming here for years even though I live in the city. My clothes are always immaculate and the mascot Oreo is the cutest doggy I know besides my pooches.

I was in town for a wedding recently and had a suit emergency. I was extremely stressed out and had to have some work done quickly. They did a wonderful job, and did it very quickly. I found the service to be very professional and nice. I couldn’t recommend a dry cleaner (and seamstress) more! Great workmanship!!! If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely send more business their way.
