Literally the worst eating experience that I have ever had in my life. The food had gone bad before they under cooked it, they only had one person making each order, and it took 30 minutes to get a hamburger and severely under cooked fries, which led to us almost missing our flight. We then ran to the flight with the food, and when we bit into it on the plane, I nearly needed to use the baggy in the seat back pocket.

I don’t have many expectations in general for airport eateries but this place wins for being the worst thus far. Before I ordered their so-called«breakfast sandwich», I asked what was in it, and was told I would have a choice of bread, bacon or sausage, and that it would come with eggs and cheese. I asked for wheat bread and bacon. What did I get? Just the complete opposite: White bread with just eggs and cheese, no bacon. WTF. Unfortunately I did not eat there and carried my meal to the other side of the terminal before I realized. If they didn’t have these items why didn’t they say anything? I would have been okay changing my order. Or if they just flat out forgot my order that’s some real incompetence. Especially as I was the ONLY customer at the time. It was the early morning and not as crowded, but I would have rather waited in line somewhere else. As for the taste was… It was meh, average for what I got. The issue here is the lack of customer service. McDonald’s would have been seriously better than this joke of a place.

I’ve got to admit I walked past the McD’s because of Cristito’s review. It’s not the original in Florida, but not too bad for an airport version! The patty wasn’t as big around and there was a lot of bun hangover, but it was thick and juicy and cooked well! Because of Seoung’s review I tried the blue cheese, gaucamole, and red peppers! It was delicious! Highly recommended! They have a ton of toppings(all free) to choose from… and I used the Texas Horseradish sacue on my fries(good sauce, not for fries). The service was pretty below bar, but the burger was really good!

Had a milkshake. Had to wait longer than necessary for it. The guy running the place was… capable but they could have used an extra hand. Even during the low time. There always seem to be a couple orders. On the plus side, milk shake was delicious.

Waste of time. After about 15 minutes of wait, watching the mulling around of two obviously very unenthusiastic employees behind the counter, and 3 – 4 other extremely angry customers(out of maybe 6 total) giving up and walking away, I followed them… down the terminal to another restaurant. Maybe it’s good food, but the service is absolutely terrible. I will never know…

I had about 45 minutes before my flight was to board and I was hungry. I walked past McDonald’s because I just was not interested in a McDonald’s burger. I looked at the menus at a couple of sit-down restaurants, but figured that I may not have enough time to order, get my food, and eat. Finally, I saw this burger shop — — Cheeburger, Cheeburger. I had never heard of it before, there was no one in line(not always a good sign), and since time was important, I said it now or never. I ordered a Classic Cheeseburger(5.5 oz. before cooking) with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. After waiting a bit my burger came out. Bingo!!! It was thick and juicy — — repeat — — thick and juicy. Did I mention tasty — — oh yeah — — tasty. What a shock. I was really concerned that nobody was in line when I showed up but boy did I make out. Perfectly cooked to a medium pink color. They have tons of toppings, onion rings, and fries. But for me, the small(?) Classic burger is all I need to fill me up. They do have larger burgers for those who are hungry. If you are ever in Detroit Metro Airport and you happen to see a Cheeburger, Cheeburger burger outlet, don’t be shy — — go ahead and try it — — you may just be pleasantly surprised as I was. Enjoy.

Cheeburger, Cheeburger was terrible, terrible… I’d avoid this place like the plague! The burger was served on a nearly stale roll and wasn’t the highest quality meat. Keep on walking to your flight or out of the terminal when you see this unfortunate burger joint.

My girlfriend and I were in the airport at the North Terminal with 30 minutes to kill and kinda hungry so we noticed this new place and it seemed like a good place for a quick bite instead of McDonald’s. I ordered their classic burger with blue cheese, gaucamole, red peppers! It was really juicy and really tasty! Now this place does something most Hamburger places should be doing. All toppings are FREE!!! You can add many toppings as you want. They had like 50 toppings. If Red Coat Tavern did this, they would be the greatest place on earth.
