It’s a good place to have a sandwich if you are in a hurry and don’t have too much time between connections. Located in front of gate B3, is conveniently located if you are on this concourse. I ordered the spicy chicken(trying something different than burgers) and it was delicious. I like spicy food, and this one had a warm kick that was enjoyable. Recommended!

We all know how this story goes with fast food locations… my food is consistent as far as taste and quality goes. BUT this particular location has some very rude young individuals who don’t know how to smile or show any signs of friendliness upon the transaction encounter. And on top of this, they forgot my dressings for my salad — a half size apple pecan, tasty even without dressing I have discovered. And so the song goes. I frequent this location due to convenience and the inexpensive salad menu, which has substantially grown over the past year. Will I continue to visit? Probably. But not at all as often. A note: I have taken their online surveys and submmitted formal reviews of this airport location. In addition, I have received feedback from a Wendy’s regional manager, which I do appreciate. When(if) I see improvement, I will indeed update this review.

It’s a Wendy’s, so things are consistent. You been to one, you been to them all. This joint sticks out because the lack of nearby competition, but nothing about the food, service, or restaurant really sticks out.

Decent Wendy’s. Average for their chain. Not great. Not bad. Food was average speed and taste as well.

Most impressive fast food team I’ve ever encountered. I was half-tempted to get everyone in line to join me in a big round-of-applause. No, seriously. I would love to meet their manager and learn more about his or her management style. There was not a single employee dragging their feet. The group worked like a well-oiled machine with an extra serving of manners and smiles on top. I’ve never seen a line move so quickly. Much love to this team. You’re killing it!

It wasn’t awful. The service was relatively pleasant, in that the person looked me in the eye and asked me for my order(rather than just grunting and shouting out my total). The dude who gave me my food was nice. They had a guy cleaning the place the entire time I was there, and it was kind of messy because people are, you know, pigs! My sandwich didn’t look like the one in the pictures on the menu board but it was okay and the tomato was super fresh. Fries were decent. And they had ginger ale on tap. This is better than the Wendy’s in Terminal 2 at JFK for sure.

Surprisingly really good. I always expect airport food to be lacking but the fries were crispy and the food fresh. Service was fast even though they were busy. The cashier who served us needed an attitude adjustment though.

Any fast food place in an airport is going to be a bit nuts bit this places is crazy! The line reaches out into the terminal. The good thing is they take your order quick. Once you have ordered you have to try and find a place to stand until your number is called. The soda machine is so close to the line that there is very little space to wait. Add to it all the bags people are hauling and you have a mess. The staff is nice and a manager is actively directing people to the next open register. It does not take too long to get your food. I I’d notice if you ordered chicken it took a bit longer. Find a place to dump your bag quick! The seating area is very small. You can try to share a table with a stranger but unlike Europe in America 1 person at a 4 tops means the entire table is theirs!

Considering that this Wendy’s is inside the airport, it’s great to see that they have the full Wendy’s menu. I happen to like the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and at $ 1.29 or so, it’s a good deal. But if you’re one of those Baconator fans, hey, they have that too. And Frosty’s! There is a decent sized seating area or you can just take it with you to eat at the gate or on the plane. At 7:00PM, the place was very busy but I was really pleased with how quickly the line moved and how fast they got the orders filled. Nice job, Wendy’s!

Super fast service! And I mean seconds after ordering. Also there are plenty of outlets to charge your phone or laptop. The water from the soda fountain can run low but it will run again after you wait a few seconds. For a second I thought they ran out of water!

Treated myself after a week of work on the road to a bit of garbage for the body, and it was delicious. Pretty fast service for an airport place that will tend to have longish lines.

They did pretty good. They were real busy and still only took a minute or two to get me my food. No complaints.

Great Wendy’s — especially for an airport! Service is lightening-fast and friendly. Drink machines are out in the dining area which makes for quick and easy refills. Restaurant is clean and comfortable. If you find yourself on the B or C(Delta) concourses and need a quick and predictable bite, this works great…

Airplane travel these days can be a very a la carte affair and situationally unpredictable. Gayle and I recently connected through Detroit on our way to Des Moines on Delta(on an old Northwest Route) and either the free cookie or paid lunch box wasn’t enough to feed the Kid. Hence, this Wendy’s was a welcome stop to keep the Teenager Happy. As we’re pretty close to Canada here, I would have been happier with a Tim Horton’s, but we cattle can’t be choosers. At least with a chain, there’s consistency of knowing what you’re going to get.
