Burger King

I am usually not one to complain or do one of these reviews, but I was extremely disappointed today with the Burger King in Roscoe. For a place that was just remodeled it still looks dirty through most of the restaurant. The play areas floors and tables are just disgusting. Looks like the floors haven’t been cleaned in years. It took a good 15 minutes to get our food and when we got our food most of it was cold, burnt and hard. Went and got my kids an icee for dessert that took about 15 minutes. The whole time I was waiting watched a girl that just came on duty play with her hair and packed up drive thru food. Then as we were leaving went up to order something to go for my husband and not one person looked nor spoke to me while I was at the register waiting. Waited for about 10 min, I was tired of waiting and just left. Also during their down time while we were there I saw all but one worker sitting ON the tables in front of the tv. The other one was cleaning the restaurant working her ass off. Completely unacceptable. I would suggest thinking twice about going through the drive thru.

Very polite customer service but all three meals were slopped together, and not very enjoyable for my family and I.

Food special orders always correct. Sometimes they have a tendency to use too much mayo on the Whopper and the meat plays slip ‘n’ slide. Fries are not quite as good as McD. Onion Rings are OK, but not as good as B-​A-​Roo. Drive up is a winner. Inside is not as neat and clean as it should be. More attention needs to be paid to sanitation issues. I hope there is sanitizer in the spray bottle when they clean the tables and equipment. The playland needs more frequent cleaning. In general, the food ranged from OK to good. The Croissanwiches are very good.

The playland in this place is the best in the area in terms of fun for the kids but it is dirty. Actually, it is not only the playland but the entire establishment. Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, dirty playland (makes it worse if you have ever been to the McDonalds across the street as that place is spic n span). And it is not dirty all at the same time, usually just one thing. I was told by management that the playland is cleaned every day and I know that is either a lie because I am a regular or they need to fire the person who claims to clean it. They also need to fix the door that leads out of the play place as time and time again I see toddlers hanging on a broken door.
I’ve booked a birthday party here before and was pleased. On the day of the party at least, the place looked really clean. They got orders for a dozen kids correct, it was very reasonably priced (somewhere around $ 35 for 10 kids, then extra per kid over that), kids had a blast, each got a favor (the toy in the meal). Definitely recommend for a kids 3^rd birthday party.
