Love this place! I was college basketball player and when I graduated I was lost in the gym. This place gives you work outs, there is always a trainer on staff to help and make sure you are completing workouts correctly. I never leave not feeling like I just had the best workout ever!

This gym is for those workout result driven enthusiasts. … its always a different workout. AJISANAWESOMEINSTRUCTOR. He makes sure you are doing set correctly and keeps you motivated. I’m so happy I found this place. Very clean and professional.

I can truly say that going to Cross Kicks has changed my life for the better. My first workout was March 11th and in my first 90 days I lost 35 lbs. I am now down 45 lbs and I am in better shape than I was 7 years ago while playing college hockey. It all starts with the trainers. AJ and Tony are both extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and motivating. They are able to offer you support in the gym and with your nutrition outside of the gym. I also had a couple of injuries from my past that they were able to work around. Neither my knee or shoulder injury that have bothered me for a few years bother me any more. The workouts themselves involve a 40-minute high-intensity circuit. With the busy schedule I have, it is great to be able to go in to the gym, have my workout planned and ready to go for me, do my workout, and be out the door in less than an hour and still see the results that I needed. I would recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of their current fitness levels. You are not going to find another gym that offers this type of support for the price you pay. Everyone I know that has been going to this gym is seeing results, so why waste anymore time and money on your current gym?

This truly is the best gym that I have ever been to. This unique type of workout that is developed by skilled trainers is the only exercise that has shown results for me. Every day a different circuit is created to avoid repitition which keeps members motivated and allows you to have a different challenge each time you exercise. The trainers are professional and extremely knowledgeable. I commute over an hour to workout here because I have seen such great results not only in myself, but in the other members as well. The diverse workouts and encouraging staff are also huge motivating factors in wanting to keep up with exercise. For anyone that wants to see real results and workout with advanced trainers, I would definitely recommend Cross Kicks.
