I am always scared to get Botox through Groupon, all you ever see are horror stories. So I wanted to share my good experience. Scheduling my appt was easy, the girl at the front desk is friendly and helpful. They never tried to upsell, just happily accepted my Groupon voucher. I had a great experience with Fiona, who does the injections. She broke the seal to the vial right in front of me, so I know that it was authentic, and not tampered with, as some others have questioned. Results took about 4 days, which is right on schedule. I’m happy with the outcome, but may have her inject a little more at my follow up visit next week. She wanted to be a little conservative, until she sees how I react to the med, which I appreciate. I will continue to go here for my treatments.

I got a groupon for botox. They told me it takes two weeks for it to really kick in. It is three weeks past my visit and I see NO results (I am 27). The person that does the procedure brings the bottles of «botox» from a different room and they are already open, so either it is not botox, or it is botox mixed with water, or they don’t give you that 20 units they should. I lost $ 150 for botox and $ 115 for a cream that she said would help the botox (but I see no results for it either). So, basically I gave them $ 265. I am NEVER going back there and you SHOULD NOT go there either.

I am not botox intolerant. It is just you inject something else that is not botox!

I had a great experience at this Medspa with Dr. Alison who did a food sensitivity test for my husband and myself. Not only was she very professional, but extremely kind and thoughtful. She spent a lot of time making sure we understood the testing and results. Everyone else we came in contact with at the office was pleasant and welcoming. Overall great experience!
