McDonald’s

So I’ve lived by this McDonald’s for a long time. I used to dread going through the drive thru. They would get my order wrong every time without fail. In about the last year or so I’ve seen a real turn around. They have some good employees there that seem to make all the difference. Of course it is McDonald’s, so I don’t expect much, but I must say I am glad that this is the location I live closest to. Good job guys!

This Mcdonald’s is a real joke. They couldn’t get your order right no matter how hard they try. had to stop going there because they started my days off bad. started going to the one on Roselle rd and Lake instead. A little further but, out in no time.

I’m glad I live 2 minutes away for when I get a monthly McDonald’s fries craving (or weekly hahaha) friendly employees, CLEAN (inside and out) and the food is always fresh. No complaints whatsoever.

It’s McDonald’s. We all know what they have, we have all eaten everything they have, we have all experienced good and bad with everything they are.
This one is pretty decent, but then… maybe I think so because I grew up here and ate here the whole time and I’m just comfortable (even though they tore down and rebuilt the place a few years back to focus on drive-​thru).

WOW the credit card machine hasn’t been working for 3 days and a company like Mcdonalds has no back up plan???

This is a great location. The staff is always friendly and the food is always hot. Much better then the lake Street and Bloomingdale Rd location. Always clean inside. This location is not open 24 hours.

McDonalds… same old same.

Egg mcmuffin is so good!.. but it’s so unhealthy I can’t give it 5 stars without feeling guilty. lol

McDonalds is pretty much my last resort for food. It is also the only place I can pull in (aside from Starbucks) on my way to work. I’ll stop here if picking up something for someone else or my stomach is crying for food and I have absolutely nothing to eat at home/​no time to make anything. My meal options are also very limited so I usually end up with a coffee-​type drink and some potato item. So, anyway, I’ve found myself in the drive-​thru here more than I’d like. Yet, this is probably one of my favorite drive-​thrus. They always get the order right (having it up on the screen helps, too) and greet you with friendly words and a smile. One time I was short a few cents, and the employee told me not to worry about it. How sweet! I don’t know too many drive-​thrus with super-​friendly employees, especially in the fast-​food world. There’s just something about these people that brighten my day.

Terrible!!! I am so not pleased… after waiting in the morning rush line I get to the window to get my food my order was not right so I sent it back. so of course they tell me to pull up out of the line and they will come out and give it to me so now I have to wait even longer .to make matters worse there were dead nets in my bag. now after waiting all of this time my food still was not properly made … Then to top it off I got home and there was no syrup for the two pancake platters that I ordered and I didn’t have any syrup at home so that really passed me off!!! Truly disgusted

Worst McDonald’s out of all McDonald’s in the NW Chicagoland Area. Filled with punks and gangsters and teens from the useless skatepark across the street.
First, before I begin, I would like to warn people who hate teens and punks to stay out of this McDonald’s. This Micky Dee’s restaurant is always FILLED with teens from an adjacent skatepark who do nothing but skate all day and hang out here. There are also teens who come here just-​for-​the-​heck-​of-​it and do nothing but bother other people who are trying to enjoy their meal. Typical teenagers. Some of them can be really mean at times; teenagers these days.
Alright, enough with the teen stuff, let’s go onto the food. The food is actually well-​prepared except for a few items. When I was there, I had a medium caramel frappé. The person in charge of making it was inexperienced, and didn’t know what the heck she was doing from start to end. Same goes for the other folks working there. Some are inexperienced and will take a long time preparing the food.
However, the cleanliness of the restaurant exceeded my expectations. I didn’t expect a McDonald’s restaurant to be this clean, organized and maintained. It looks like new, even though it opened several years ago.

A good, consistent location. Fries always taste like they should, nuggets are always crispy, soda is never watered down. I don’t really ask for much more.
It’d be nice if they let bicycles through the drive-​thru consistently, though.
