Fantastic job. I came here once several years ago and remembered that I loved my hair so much, I returned just yesterday to get another haircut. On my first visit I went to get blue hair tips (Max does AMAZING with color). I let my hair grow out in the time since but I eventually got fed up with having such long hair that I decided it was time to do away with it. I have a much more manageable, short and pretty hair style now. I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was ok with me bringing in my own photo to reference and kept me completely relaxed throughout the whole thing. He’s quick and professional and affordable! The only draw back I can think of is that he can only accept cash. But he was kind enough to let me retrieve the funds once the hair cut was complete. I can definitely see myself coming back here.

I’ve been going to Max for… wow, at least three years now.
I’ve changed my hair a whole lot in that time and Max has been great with every style I’ve had and every color. He always takes the time to listen to what it is that you want, and will look at pictures if you bring them in.
When I first started going there I had the Victoria Beckham stacked bob and he cut that well, and now I’ve been growing it out and my hair is past my shoulders with great layering.
I originally had some crazy blonde and red highlights which he was able to tone down for me. I also went from a very dark brown to a platinum blonde with Max and it turned out great. I kept that for a while, and then went red. Now I’m back to my regular hair color, but if I decided to color my hair again I would always trust Max with coloring.
I think Max is very reasonable with his pricing. I don’t know if I just get simple things, but whenever my friends talk about getting their hair cut they pay a lot more than I do! I’m glad that Max doesn’t charge me an arm and a leg to keep my hair looking good.
Little extra note: He has birds in his shop! They’re in a cage of course, but it’s an interesting touch to a salon.
