Palm Motel

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE! I called at four yesterday to see if they had any rooms available, but my friends couldn’t make it at four and I didn’t have enough money to pay for the full price (we agreed to split it). So, I couldn’t get there at four. THE ROOMS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. So I called again at five (because that’s when my friends gets off work) to make sure that the same room is still available. The Vietnamese guy started yelling at me for calling «over and over again» saying that I always call but never come. Well, he’s right about that, NEVER COME. Ever. Go and find a better motel, guys.

We tried out this place because one of the review said it was great. NO, it was NOT GREAT! The customer service is just a joke. The first night we stayed everyone got bed bug bites. My husband was so frustrated and told the front desk, however, they pretended that they don’t speak english. We requested to get a new room but they didn’t want to give it to us. When we told them that we were going to report them if we did not get a room change they finally gave in and gave us a new room. Guess what? MORE BED BUGS! It was just horrible. The next day we went to the front desk to ask for the rest of our money back since we booked it for a few days. It was such a bad experience. They declined to give us our money back but for our own safety we left this place. Never coming back and I do not recommend anyone living here unless you’re a fan of pee smell, bed bugs, and bad attitude customer service.

A friend of mine came to visit and i booked this motel for her. it seems clean and its affordable. They sell instant noodle, chips at front desk.
Burger king, supermarket, coin laundry are just couple blocks away, which is pretty convenient! I also see a lot of asian restaurants nearby.

I’m not sure what happened with the last customer, but I had a good experience when staying here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms seemed to be newly renovated and were nice and clean. The internet was a little slow but no real complaints given the price of the room. I definitely had a pleasant stay at Palm Motel.
