Starbucks

Located in the Target, which is convenient for a quick pick-​me-​up while shopping. Only downsides are the long lines and the time it takes for you to get your drink. Service is okay, I can’t complain about it but I also didn’t feel like its the best that I’ve gotten at a Starbucks. It helps that someone can finally spell my name right on the cup! haha

Worst coffee frappé from Starbucks ever. It was very watered down with no flavor. Workers there looked so depressed.

I have had it with the skinny girl in red hair and the weird way she looks at me when taking my order. Are you Starbuck’s cashier, or someone of highly status looking at peasants? Lol, Gosh. It stresses me out. I’m like trying to smile and create good vibe, but it’s not happening, this girl is still looking at me strange.

Slow as heck… takes them 10 mins to make a decaf.

THIS IS THE BEST STARBUCKS in Rosemead. seriously. The service at the Starbucks inside Target is so much better than the starbucks at the corner next to subway.
Everytime I come here, the staff always provides me with great customer service and they also have everything in stock. They still have the Caramel Brulee Frap! (my absolute favorite).
They don’t jip me on my whip cream and they always fill everything to the top with toppings too! At the other starbucks located across the parking lot, I NEVER ever get the same service. I always feel like I get ripped off over there. They take longer to make my drinks, the never fill it to the top, they always put very little whip cream, and they NEVER EVER put toppings on top of my drinks. I keep on giving them chances, but its the same every time. Even though it takes me a little longer to walk into target to get my starbucks, it’s so worth it.
On Wednesday, I went in to get my birthday drink, and the barista at the counter went above and beyond. She made me feel so special and even decorated my cup for me. Now I have to keep this cup by my desk forever because it’s so cute!!! Love it!

Was having a bad day. Jackie, the barista/​cashier gave me a smile. 5 stars for the smile :)

I don’t understand why the low rating. Every time I come here, they make my drink just fine. This has been my main Starbucks to go. Keep up the good work.

My friend and I ordered here and my latte came luke warm, almost cold and her frap was extremely watered down and half melted… Definitely doesn’t live up to the other Starbucks chains but we figured why not, since it couldn’t be THAT different right? Nope, it’s worth going to another Starbucks.

Clean place. Friendly cashier BUT the girl helping him just seems to Like taking her sweet time. Seriously is taking her time.

First visit at this location, I come to target all the time but never stopped by here until today. I had a terrible experience.
The cashier on duty tonight Jazimine, had a terrible attitude. I ordered a Seasonal Drink the Caramel Brûlée Latte iced and my little cousin ordered the Passion Fruit Tea sweeten both Venti.
After placing our order my cousin had difficulty ordering his drink and Jazmine mocked him!!! I asked if she had a problem and why she is mocking a child and she rudely turned her head. I can’t believe the service here. I very disappointed in Starbucks and how they are able let such a horrible worker represent their company.
The drinks tasted fine, but I would definitely not be returning to this specific location, if I ever see her.

Service sucks, that’s all. Came yesterday and the girl took like 15 mins on two drinks, came today and the girls today were busy chatting it up & when I asked for my drink she gave me attitude.
Just go to the real starbucks outside target lol

HORRIBLE service. If I could give negative 5 stars on here, I’d do it. I stood in front of the barista for a good 2 minutes waiting while she gossiped with another barista. Like seriously, if you want to gossip about whatever, do it during break. Now if she didn’t see me in line, I’d understand. But no, there was a customer before me, and she clearly saw me go up next. Instead of the warm Starbucks welcome, she turned her back and started gossiping with the other barista who was supposed to be preparing drinks. OMG, I could go on. I had to shout «Excuse me, I need coffee!» When she finally decided to help me, she had an eyebrow arched the whoooole time. Now, I’m pretty good at arching mine too, so I gave her an attitude. I guess she realized that I wasn’t happy, so she started asking me stuff nicely. She even told me to be careful because my drink is hot. REALLY? I’m a gold member… I can’t tell if my drink is hot?! This place is HORRIBLE. Their coffee doesn’t even taste like Starbucks. I threw it away and went to a different location.

Located inside of Target, watched this girl offer up advise on how long it takes to deal with a ticket, chewing gum!!!
I stood there the whole time staring at the two girls have this conversation, I would have refused the drink if the dark skinned girl was making my drink since she was CHEWING GUM!!!
What’s wrong with food service workers these days. I frequent SB regularly and this was by far the most ghetto version…
