There are two shady girls that work here. My bill came out to $ 20.70 and she gave me back $ 69.30 when it was suppose to be $ 79.30 since I gave them a $ 100 bill. There were both at one register which was odd, but I caught the other girl take $ 10 and put it under the counter, and when my boyfriend and I got our change back, she didn’t bother counting. Which was even more odd since usually with big bills they always count change. I confronted them about it and they got skittish and quickly said«sorry sorry sorry». I always came here for wings, but not anymore. These people are a bunch of bafoons trying to make quick cash from their customers. What a bunch of bull. Horrible, HORRIBLE employees. I’m contacting the general manager ASAP, so I get those two girls fired so no one ever has to experience what I had to experience. You come here to get food, not get scammed from a bunch of unprofessional low life’s behind a counter.

This has got to be the worst wingstop I have ever been to, and I love wingstop. I am so disappointed. Every single table was FILTHY and filled with the previous customers food. Every single flavor of soda on these new single dispenser machines was out but DIET. The service was horrible and the cashier wasn’t… ok, I guess… I wouldn’t come back here again, that’s for sure

I started to think this place is intentionally ripping off its customers. Whether it’s true or not, it’s a shame this place doesn’t offer great customer service. Every order does take at least 15 minutes, even if you are ordering just 10 wings. 2 weeks ago I ordered online for pick up. I’m a person who loves dipping my wings in ranch, so I ordered some of that expensive ranch. I got there, and she repeated my order that included the ranch. I got home, nope wasn’t even in the bag… last night, my boyfriend ordered 10 wings for take out. got home, just 9 wings were in the bag. it’s seriously not difficult to count ONE ranch nor TEN wings. yet somehow my last two visits have been ripped off. although, this place is delicious, I don’t think I’ll come back.

I ordered my app and when I arrived at the pick up time they didn’t have my order because their printer was broken. However my cashier, Raquel, was so nice she accommodated for the delay and the inconvenience. Really appreciate that she cared and sincerely worried about the service. 5 stars even though I had to wait. Thanks Raquel.

Out of all the wing stop locations I have been to this location has below average customer service! I only ordered 10 wings to go and it took more than 20 minutes for my order to be ready. And while I placed my order with the cashier, she seemed to not be listening to me since I had to repeat my questions to her three times.(It was a bit frustrating for me to work with her.) And even after I got my order, no sauce was offered and none was in the to go bag. I was in a bit of a rush to leave, so being the basic customer I was, I assumed that there was ranch in the bag already. This was a disappointment to me and made me not want to go back ever! If you want wings, you are better off going elsewhere or going to the Monrovia location. They have been around longer and have better service!

Worst customer service ever. Went last night to get some wings and I stood at the front counter for a few mins. Three staff were there… right in front of me… chatting, never once looking up or acknowledging me. One was counting money, another one was just talking… Then she answered the phone… I’m still standing there. The third person finally said someone will be with me shortly and walked away while the other two still didn’t look up or make any eye contact. Very odd, never experienced that before. After being ignored for several minutes I just walked right next door to the Habit! World of difference when it comes to customer service, they were attentive and friendly. Doubt I would ever come back to this wing stop.

Made an online order and was running REALLY late(I’m from out of the area) and called them to let them know but without asking they offered to make a new order me. When I got there I told them that I would have settled for my original order as it was my fault but they reassured me that it was OK and that no one wanted cold food. Order came out 2 mins later. Extremely impressed with the customer service.

W-O-W. You want the worst customer experience at a wings joint? You can come here and find it. Is there a zero star I can rate on Unilocal for this place? In all honesty it’s really just one employee/cashier that really sours your mood here. The guy’s name is Erwin. Yes, I’m putting you on blast buddy. We walked in expecting at least a welcome or a friendly greet. Nope, he was too busy counting his cash register in front of us… for 3 whole minutes while waiting on him to take our order. So he didn’t greet us, fine. He didn’t ask us what we wanted to order, fine. My girlfriend decided to take the initiative and asked him one question about the different flavors that was offered on the menu. To no surprise, Erwin completely ignored my girlfriend and continued counting his register. At that point, we concluded that either Erwin is plain deaf & hard of hearing or he was playing dumb and purposely ignoring us. After minutes of waiting, another female employee decided to help us out and took our order. By the time our order was ready, another employee who prepared our meal by the name of Marcos was very attentive and asked if we needed anything else. I asked for a Ranch sauce and he happily obliged. All of a sudden, while still counting his cash I might add, Erwin’s hearing magically healed! Yes folks he was able to hear my conversation with another employee WHILE he was counting his cash! Who knew he had the talent of multitasking? Wingstop corporate, are you taking note of this? Voting for Erwin as Employee of the Month over here. On a serious note, he decided to rudely interject my conversation with Marcos and bluntly told me I needed to pay .97 cents if I wanted a cup of Ranch sauce. Marcos clearly looked annoyed by Erwin’s statement and rightfully so because I was really ticked by that point as well. Mind you, his tone about paying for the sauce made it seem like I couldn’t afford to buy a cup of Ranch. Not to pull a douche statement, but I’m not the one that’s working over the counter buddy. So it’s .97 cents… big deal. I think it’s crazy that Wingstop charges for ranch but it’s policy… oh well. Which brings back my argument of the theory on Erwin’s hearing. Was he deaf when we asked him a question? Or did he really ignored us? I’ll let you be the judge of that lol. Seriously though, Erwin’s customer service skills beyond reeks. Here’s a free cashier/customer service 101 lesson for you Erwin: When you see a customer coming in, stop counting your cash because it’s very unprofessional. Is that even permissible under company guidelines? Hmm. And if you’re going to count your cash anyway because you love the smell of money, at least be attentive to your customers. Pretend that you care even if you really don’t. That’s my .02 cent. Oh wait, are they going to charge me for that too?

This Wing Stop location is very… very slow! Went there with some of my buddies, first of all, the cashier that works there are very slow! Slow taking orders. So finally I get to order, not too much friendly. But anyway, not much expectations. Waited 30 minutes, then went up to cashier to check on my orders, she says it will be soon in a few minutes. Few minutes? I waited another 15 minutes, still not ready! Don’t know what these guys are doing! Total nearly an hour for my orders! And by the way, there were a bunch of customers waiting for their orders too! If you are hungry, don’t come here, you will starve! Food is great, but comes out really slow!

The food is good ! I luv the pepper lemon n garlic parmesan a lot! I totally recommend these two flavors! U can choose boneless or bone. Also, their fries is rilli yummy! U dun need to dip any sauce and it tastes good already! But the order took forever coz they made several orders after me first. I understand if u put my wings on the fryer machine first n meanwhile do the next order. Multi task is important! But u dun skip my order specially making several orders after me. If it wasn’t for the food, I will take off one more star.

Ordered wings with the app on iPhone said pick up time was ½ an hour later cool no problem when I get to business at pick up time order was not even close to being ready sat on their bench waiting and waiting so what’s the point of advance order(nothing) still had to wait. I paid for my order wasn’t informed that my order didn’t come with sauces WTH right had to pay for some sauce no big deal would have been nice to know before I paid for my order or would have walked out with dry wings. Person behind the counter did say hello and thank you she is not the issue is the wait should have been ready or should let us know it would have taken long. Or maybe a email or text message or phone call order is ready for pick up. Lie ow Best Buy does

Went to Wingstop with coworkers, and got the chance to try Wingstop for the first time. The dining experience at Wingstop was not at all memorable, maybe even a little disappointing, and will probably not be coming back. The restaurant opens at 10:30 am on weekdays, and we came in at about 10:40. The restaurant was empty so we anticipated pretty fast service since there were no orders ahead of us. We were disappointed to be told after we made each of our individual orders that our food will be ready in 15 minutes. Actual wait time was closer to 20 minutes, and most of our lunch break was gone before we even started eating. Ordered the 8 piece classic wings meal with a fountain drink and cut up veggies(carrots and celery) in lieu of french fries. Price was about $ 11.00. With the 8 piece, I was able to choose two flavors, and I chose the Lemon Pepper and Spicy Korean. Got the chance to also try the Louisiana Rub and the Garlic Parmesan from coworkers’ orders. The wings were just wings, nothing memorable or spectacular. One coworker ordered french fries, and the french fries were very disappointing; the fries were not at all crispy but soggy and soft. We barely finished about a tenth of the fries that came with the order. For $ 11.00, it seemed just a tad overpriced for the food quality. Service was just okay. The staff was not unwelcoming by any means, but they did not give a friendly vibe at all. The men’s restroom did not seem clean at all, which was disappointing since the store just opened. Also there was graffiti under the sink and some of the lights needed servicing so the room was a little dim. I was also told there were no paper towels available in the women’s bathroom. Again, the store just opened.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Best quote«well our chicken has been good lately» –Erwin store manager. …AREYOUEFFINSERIOUS!!! ok so my son has been very ill and in the ICU at CHLA. We ordered wings because he is finally able to eat and he wanted Wing Stop. We get it here and its under cooked! The skin gross and it was all just rubbery. My husband calls and he says he wants us to bring it back. Even after I explain our situation and that we will be in Los Angeles until late and we can’t leave food in the room for a long period of time he did nothing to fix the situation. Undercooked chicken to a sick kid good job guys! The fries were disgusting also. But WTFKINDOFDEFENSEISTHAT«OURCHICKENHASBEENGOODLATELY»??? Who argues with a customer. .oh yeah this place. I call back asking for the GM’s contact info and apparently he’s not allowed to give it out. Let’s see if the GM returns my call. If he doesn’t well I’m gonna be sure to find a way to get a hold of him. The last couple times I ordered thru their app they didn’t have my order ready had to wait almost 40 minutes. Who the hell is running this place?! Not much choices in this area as far as non Asian. Then these ppl have to go and eff it up for us. Update: GM called handled it. Offered to refund or give us another order. So we are happy.

First timer Usually I go to Buffalo Wild Wings, but I stopped by here because it was convenient. It was very clean, there was plenty of seating for a small location. The Cashier was nice, I ordered the Family 40 Piece Boneless Wings with French Fries and Carrots/Celery Sticks. You are able to choose 4 flavors and 4 sauces with it. We got Hawaiian, Teriyaki and Garlic Parmesan. I’m not a fan of the Garlic Parmesan here, it tasted bland and looked like they just sprinkled some Parmesan Powder on top. The Hawaiian was really good, and Teriyaki just tasted like how it should taste. French Fries were a bit off, I don’t know why, but it was sweet instead of salty. The one bad thing was that when I got my order, I didn’t notice that the Carrots and Celery Sticks was not right side up, so my car seat was drenched in water. I would suggest letting it sit and dry before serving it to customers or getting a different type of container.

Solamente he comido una vez ahí pero me encanto. Las alitas de barbacoa se me hicieron mejores que las de BWS. El precio esta bien por las porciones quedan. Me quede con ganas de probar mas cosas pero lastima que no tiene muchas locaciones.

I’m so conflicted — i LooOove wingstop wings, but the customer service is abysmal. More so, the ones taking the orders(the guys in the back have always been helpful, but I guess it’s because they don’t usually interact with customers. First off, I wanted to use my City Menu card(gives you 5 extra wings), and the girl kept trying to swipe my city menu card. Uhhh, first off, it has no swipe stripe, so I don’t see why she kept doing that… she said it usually makes a beeping sound when it goes through, but she kept swiping and swiping and nothing happened. Maybe it’s because there is NO swipe stripe on the card? It seemed more like she was new, didn’t know what discount came with the card, but was too proud to ask us or her manager. Okay, I’ll let that pass because it was just 5 extra wings and not some sorta 10% off or something. Next, I wanted all flats for my 10-pc wing order. When she rang me up, I looked at my receipt, and nowhere does it say«all flats» or whatever. I’m thinking, hmm maybe she told the guys that it’s all flats, and just didn’t ring in the request. AIIINNG – wrong!(btw, that was a buzzer sound if you don’t wanna do the onomatopoeia). My order came, and out of the 10-pcs, only 2 came out as flats. UGHH. Not that I’m allergic to the drummettes, but if I had the option, I’d opt for all flats! My lucky bf, with his uncomplicated order, receive all his boneless wings as ordered and had no complaints. I don’t like to sound all prissy and whatnot, but what’s so hard about entering«NOFLATS» in my order?

Too many bad reviews for this place but I had to see it for myself. Ordered 10 pcs of wings for $ 7.99 on my first visit. My lemon pepper and garlic parmesan were not that great. I went back again and got boneless combo with cheese fries. My Louisiana rub was meh and the Hawaiian one was not good at all. I was disappointed because they were hard like rocks. Located at Target Center, the place has a lot of parking but it’s difficult to find parking on Wingstop side. Fancy soda machine and friendly service. 2 stars! Wingstop is not yummylicious!
