Terrible location, horrible manager. If all you want is pieces of chicken, this is your place. However, if you want a current promotion that Popeyes has, forget about it. Staff is clueless about their specials and the manager is very rude. The manager doesn’t speak any English, so when there was a problem with my order, the cashier had to translate back and forth while the manager denied my requests that she could have easily done. They didn’t have the surf and turf special that I ordered, and after they charged me informed me that I wouldn’t be able to get it because they are no longer offering it. I told them that all I wanted was a 2 piece fish and 2 piece chicken. They had both ingredients, but refused at first to make it for me, as it was no longer being offered, and the manager said she didn’t have any control over the signage outside. After about 5 minutes of arguing, the manager charged me $ 2 more and gave me what I wanted(was it really that hard)?

I love popeyes any day and even more especially on Tuesday for their deal. This branch is very clean and the servers are very efficient and professional. I come here all the time just to enjoy some good old fried chicken, and I never leave while feeling hungry. Will always keep coming back!

Love this location. Great deal on Tue & Thur for 2 piece chicken deal. I believe is $ 1.49 for the promo. I love how they have monthly special. Great wild pepper chicken tender for October. This month they have the spicy garlic shrimps with fries for $ 4.99. Everything is always serve fresh and hot.

I love fried chicken! This is actually one of the«decent» fried chicken joints around my area. They remodeled not too long ago so it looks clean and somewhat new. The staff here is friendly and always greets you when walking in. I usually order the two piece with a biscuit special for just under $ 2. I always get it in spicy because it’s so damn good! They usually have monthly«box» specials for $ 5 too. These are usually a good deal. Some of the specials they’ve had and rotated in and out the shrimp box, ghost chicken, and red stick chicken. If they ever bring back the strawberry cream cheese or raspberry cream cheese dessert. You should IMMEDIATELY order a few dozen. These are delicious! So why the three stars? They’ve forgotten to give me an order of chicken once, forgot a biscuit in my order twice, and they always run out of fries or other sides. You can’t effectively and efficiently run a business if you don’t have sides in stock and readily available. It’s kind of annoying. If you can catch them on a good day, I am sure you will love it.

First impression: Cleanest Popeyes I’ve ever been to. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Vanessa. She’s super friendly and cheerful. Gave us some recommendations but we just had dinner and wanted some fried apple pies as dessert. It’s one of the few places left that you can get fried Apple pies like McDonald’s old days. It takes 7 minutes to make so it comes out super piping hot. I recommend waiting a few minutes before devouring one. I only knocked off one star because it’s so hard to find parking. It’s such a small lot with so many businesses.

The mild chicken was good, not overly salty like the ones in Alhambra on Valley Blvd. Service was good too. On Tuesday & Thursday they have $ 1.49 for 2 pieces of chicken(1 leg &1 thigh). Can’t find a place with better deal than that!

Never had an issue with this place. I find the food here good and the service rather good too. It’s just that the fact that when you order spicy, it’s not really spicy. It’s more mild than spicy. Other than that it’s a good place to eat.

Went here today and ordered a leg and thigh special then came home and got two legs. I dont know how u mess that up because obviously a thigh looks way different than a leg. I would have been full if it was a leg and thigh but since they screwed up i am still hungry. I dont know if i want to come back to this location again because i cant believe they could screw up something so simple.

Nothing beats a sweet tea, hot gravy over mashed potatoes, and seasoned crunchy fried chicken! It seems as if a lot of the Popeye locations are now closing down which is really a shame because Popeyes is definitely one of my favorite fried chicken fast food joints. I came to this location yesterday and the cashier seemed really rude. I mentioned that there was no ice in the beverage machine and just got a stare back without a response. Eventually the machine started making more ice but I was in a hurry during lunch and would have appreciated some acknowledgement.

Maybe it was just a bad day at this location, or maybe my boyfriend hyped it up too much. Not quite sure but man, I did not enjoy my first taste of Popeyes. I ordered the four-piece combo(my sides were mac&cheese and coleslaw) — I believe I got two leg, 1 wing &1 breast. The legs were good, but sort of soggy — not crunchy at all. The wing was burnt — had way too much flour & the breast was as dry as the desert. The Mac&Cheese was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever tasted. It was runny, the noodles were cold and the cheese did not taste like cheese. The coleslaw was okay — I guess the best part about my meal was the sweet tea & the biscuit. I’m willing to try another location and see if there’s a difference.

I’ve had my share of really crappy experiences at Popeyes, but this time around, I was really happy. For one, I had really nice service. The cashier even commented on the tattoo on my forearm! I had to do a little explaining which kind of made me feel like an idiot, because she didn’t get it, whateves. In case you’re wonderin’ I have a pink elephant tattoo and it’s got some symbolism behind it. So, one of the reasons why I’m giving them a 4 is because the food was fresh. They gave me and my husband hot out of the fryer chicken tenders and fries. This rarely ever happens to us so we were quite grateful. The one fault in our meal was the biscuit. My better half thought it tasted normal while I… Felt like it wasn’t the normal Popeyes buttery biscuit I’ve come to enjoy. All in all… I’d say to dine here during the lunch hour because they probably go through chicken like crazy and so you’ll always get the freshly made stuff!

Like other Popeyes locations, they serve cajun fried chicken as signature dishes. this place is the only place offering Thursday special in the neighbourhood: 2pcs fried chicken for 1.49 only. we are visiting this place because of their Thursday bagain deal.

I should’ve listened to my fellow Unilocalers and avoided this specific Popeyes location. I came in on a Thursday morning and ordered 14 pieces of chicken, 10 spicy and 4 non spicy for my niece and nephew. My niece and nephew started eating the«non-spicy» chicken and complained that it was extremely spicy. Keep in mind that my niece and nephew are 5&6 years of age and are not use to eating anything with even a hint of spice in it. I tried the chicken, and realized that they gave us 14 pieces of spicy chicken. Well, technically they gave us 12 pieces of spicy chicken, I’ll explain why. So next, we noticed that they gave us 8 pieces of spicy chicken instead of 10. Okay, usually i’m not one to call and complain about little mistakes like these because it happens and everybody makes mistakes, but we paid for two extra pieces of chicken that we didn’t get. I called in about an hour after our purchase and spoke with the manager in which he promised a full refund for our order. I asked if it was possible for me to come in two days later because I had work and wouldn’t be able to make it in. He said it was fine. So. fast forward two days later, I walk in and explained my situation to a female who was working behind the counter at the time and she tells me that her manager never informed her about this and told me to come back the following day when he is working. Ugh. Fast forward one more day, came in and talked to the manager and he stated that he didn’t remember speaking to me on the phone. Okay, if this happened 2 months ago then it is understandable that you forgot, but this happened less than 48 hours ago and you’re going to tell me that you don’t remember speaking to me on the phone? I highly doubt it. Unless you get complaints like this very often, then there should be no reason why you wouldn’t remember speaking with me. Did you not even bother writing my name and phone number down when you asked for it?

GODDAMN this place is a hot mess. I can’t deny the deliciousness of the brand, nor can I deny the awesome deals they have :)) The people working here. are an entirely different story. Can’t really rate the food to a fast food chain since its all suppose to be the same… it’s the service that sets each location apart. OMG. the ppl here don’t even know their own menu. Associate didn’t know what Cajun rice was, didn’t know what size the Cajun fries come in, and didn’t know the current specials they were having. GIRL… you lost? The mere 7 mins I spent in here was enough to ruin my day… not to mention that getting out of the damn plaza of this location was a quest in itself. Who the hell decides a plaza situated on 2 main streets would only have ONE exit/entrance? Get it together.

Avoid this Popeyes at all costs. They are less expensive than the traditional popeyes and they aren’t a sit down QSR(only drive thru). I ordered their 13 piece chicken meal for $ 9.99 and my whole family and I had major stomach problems for the next 2 days. It’s been 5 days since I’ve eaten their chicken and I am still dehydrated. We had some left overs but ended up throwing it away. Before I threw it away I took a closer sniff at the chicken and it smelled like chlorine. This Popeyes clearly does a terrible job in prepping their food making it questionable on whether it’s even sanitary to eat. I rarely give 1 or 2 stars, so that pretty much sums up the quality of this establishment.

:) Channeling my friend ms-shell, as she is the queen of 2 piece Popeye’s, so I started coming in on Tuesdays or Thursdays. I can’t believe they bumped up the 2 piece deal from $ 0.99 to $ 1.29(The nerve!!!) hehe, kidding. It’s still a good thing, regardless. The good thing though, is that this location gets busy during Tuesday and Thursdays because of the special, but they are EFFICIENT here. Two lines for Point-of-Sale transactions, then a dude bagging things up + your condiments, if you choose to get some. The line was out the door, but I was in and out within 10 minutes. It was like if they were expecting this line? :) Also please get their hot sauce because hot sauce + spicy chicken = crazy delicious! As I sop up all of my drool, think of the warm fluffy, buttery biscuits that are also offered. And there is really something about their fries. It’s seasoned well and fried to perfection. Now that’s Popeye’s!
