Dairy Queen

Yikes! This place is getting worse ever day! I love the food but I can’t handle the «new» manager Dan. I’ve overheard him saying inappropriate things to his younger employees. everything is done so slowly here. There are some younger employees who are nice and actually seem like they really want to be there. Josh, Tyler, Jessie, Alex, and Josiah are all great examples. I’ve been going here for years and most those people have been there as well.
I hope this place can turn around. As soon as you finish construction and get rid of that Dan guy, you will be set to go!
Sorry to seem negative but Dan NEEDS to go.

I’ve been to this DQ before pre remodel and it hasn’t been bad but I don’t think I’ll be back again. Some things you can blame on construction, today’s issues didn’t fall into that category. There was no line and it STILL took me over 15 minutes to get 2 meals and blizzards. Watching the manager stand there and gossip while I and 3 people behind me waited made it even worse especially when she dropped good and laughed about it.
Edit: just got home and found out they had my order wrong… NEVER AGAIN

This place is a filthy, hot mess. I have never been in a DQ that is so poorly run and managed. The pic I posted made me nauseated. it was so incredibly filthy. There were flies EVERYWHERE! I watched people walk in and see the mess, and walk back out. I stayed to see how it would play out, and I was absolutely amazed that this place is still open.
We usually go through the drive through, and receive horrible service, but good ice cream. I have been given unripe, crunchy banana in my desserts. I have been given the wrong order, and when I mentioned I didn’t order what they handed me they argued. I jokingly told one girl who handed me a blizzard, that she didn’t turn it upside down so I should get a free one (DQ had a promo) …her response? Rolled her eyes and shut the window on me.
I was there with my kids and had the «buy one get one for 99 cents» coupon… the girl at the window was so mad because she didn’t know how to enter it, so she tried to refuse to let me use it. It’s just a ridiculous mess. Go to Apple Valley or Farmington, stay clear of this place. I feel for the one girl I talked to that works here, apparently the owners are complete a-​holes and don’t give a sh! t about the place.

This is the worst DQ. The last two times I came here for a chicken strip basket, they were out of gravy. Gravy is why I enjoy the chicken strip baskets. And, they always like to tell me they are out of gravy after I pay for the meal. Stupid teenagers.

Went for 4 small ice cream sundae’s waited 20 minutes with a number set on our table. Saw a server asked about our order was told I don’t know and walked away. Manager did come and apologize after we went to see what happened to our order. This place is dirty and disfunctional. Stay away

Holy fuck, typically Dairy Queen in Rosemount is too bad on service. But today was a completely different story.
I pull up to the drive thru and am asked to wait before my order is taken, after about 7 minutes of waiting. I finally get to order two banana splits and a banana split blizzard. We pull up to the window and wait another 5 minutes. We get our banana splits and the blizzard. I get home and holy fuck? One banana split doesn’t even look like a banana split. It honestly looks like whip cream and the toppings.
HOW FUCKEN DISAPPOINTING, the apply valley Dairy Queen location is the best. They always and I mean ALWAYS make their ice cream with love.
