It you want fast service or a correct order, don’t go here. They should install a 3^rd window to save you from having to go into the store.

This is by far the best McDonalds in the area, I have eaten at all of them in the area as I have lived here for 54 years. They have ultra speedy service even at rush hour. Everything they make from the McMuffins to the hot cakes are really good and fresh. If they do forget something in your order they will give you what you ordered plus something extra this mcDonalds is far better than most I’ve stopped at.

I have to say that I agree with the other reviewers… Certainly not the best McDonald’s. I tend to stop in here frequently as my daughter’s dance school is just around the corner. It never fails that the drive-​through line takes longer than what seems really reasonable.
But I generally deal with it and remind myself that it’s fast food and I chose to get in the line.
I decided to write my review tonight primarily because I ordered a crispy chicken southwest salad on my way to get my hair done. I got my food and then drove to the hair salon only to open up the bag and find out there was no dressing. So I had to drive back to McDonald’s… And wouldn’t you know… It took forever to get back through the line to get my dressing. Sigh…

I will not return to this location again. I went there today and order a #14,sausage mcgriddle and a hashbrown. I opened the bag to see a burrito was missing a hashbrown and they gave me a sausage mcmuffin instead. I called the store and they aais come back. I did but I asked for a refund and they only refunded the #14. The manager told me I didnt order a mcgriddle and hashbrown and continued to argue with me worst customer service ever.

Great face lift but the food at this location always seems off.
The execution is not there. I’ve had botched orders and food that’s been sitting too long served to me.
I’m also not a fan of their drive thru setup. Seems terribly ill conceived.
This place needs new management to get things organized.
The fact that I can tell this McDonald’s quality isn’t on par with other locations should be telling.

Don’t know if this is a mcdonalds thing or this particular restaurant, but they ALWAYS try to make my drinks unhealthy. I kid you not, I’ve ordered an iced coffee BLACK like four or five times here, and there’s always some additive (sugar cream or both ugh). I just don’t understand… They have also given me sweet tea instead of unsweetened iced tea which is a sickly sweet shock too. Ew.

Wow, I’m pregnant and my hormones are getting the best of me I am sure. So, I get out of bed for the first time in a few days (pregnancy is not fun!) I have been really sick and nothing has sounded good for days, until today. So I put my hair up and get dressed. still looking like death I head through the drive thru. I order and get to the payment window… Linda or Lisa? Can’t remember her name for sure… what a hag! Omg! She looked at me like I was the most horrifying person she had ever seen. I have been here many times, and the staff honestly looks worse than me usually. She took my debit card like I was going to give her some kind of disease and treated me like scum. I was so horrified! I get to the next window and the staff is super friendly and nice. Wtf? I am so calling the manager. She had to have been in her 60’s, I’m sorry I’m a hot mess, I have been sick for days, I really don’t need your nasty attitude. You dear, are not that great to look at either! What a hag!

Newly rebuilt from the ground up.

I somewhat like the food, but not really. It’s just not very healthy. I like how they are trying to make the food healthier.
