Sonic

This is the worst Sonic in town. The food doesn’t taste as good as other Sonics, the service is too rushed when trying to make an order, they will cut you off in the middle of an order, they don’t speak English, and if you get drinks only by Christmas, they will expect «tip service». The cheese on tater tots is crusty, the ultimate chicken club sandwich had a burnt ciabatta bun with burnt bacon and the chicken tasted like it had been cooked in cold grease, the fries are always cold, I could go on and on and on…

They get no stars. This is absolutely the slowest sonic I have ever been to. All we ordered was 2 drinks and an appetizer and it took 25 min. Seriously people this isn’t rocket science, it’s fast food.

Well Sonic. I have given you so many chances to redeem yourselves but today may have been the final straw. I don’t claim to be a genius but I do know math. When you advertise half price drinks from 2−5pm and I visit at 3pm do not take only .49 cents off of a drink. Let me break down this universal language called «Math». it is not a mythical creature fyi. If a beverage is normally $ 1.89 during a time that it’s «half» off would mean .95 cents now we multiple by tax which is 8.25% here, .08 cents — .95+.08= $ 1.03. So why was I charged first $ 1.30 according to the guy who took the order. then the girl at the window says «he told you a 1.30 well its actually $ 1.40». Wait what? How did the price magically jump another ten cents? And for those that maybe thinking that half the price and keep the original sales tax, that is .95+.16=$ 1.11. Or even if you half the total of the original price plus tax, it’s $ 2.04÷2= $ 1.02. This isn’t about .37 cents. I’m upset because every time I go to this location something goes wrong. Ugh, Sonic — Town Center, get your act together.

Killed my craving, but let me down in every aspect. Chicken strips looked more like popcorn chicken, the gravy was watered down, and the only onion ring I got was burned. Very disappointed.

Sloooooow service in the drive-​thru. And the order-​taker did not read my order back.
Grilled chicken sandwich, ugh. Put lettuce on my sandwiches even though I had requested «no lettuce.» And it wasn’t leaf lettuce as pictured — it was nasty shredded iceberg that you can never completely remove. Chicken tasted more steamed or nuked than grilled. Bread a joke — tastless and floppy. And the sandwich was a *lot* smaller than the photo made it appear. I’m looking at the photo online now. Doesn’t even look like the same sandwich. Ugh.
Tots OK, but tasted a little chemically. Mozzarella sticks the best part. But they hardly make a meal…

Picked up a Route 44 Lemonberry slush with no hassles at the drive thru during their happy hour special hours… delicious for $ 1.18. Yeah
