After calling several other dental/​endo offices in pain with an infected tooth, I got in the next day for a consult. Very clean office, nice and knowledgeable staff, and Dr. Holt has a great chairside manner. After he found the offending tooth, we discussed options and I chose to re-​treat my root canal (as opposed to extracting the tooth). Although the procedure would not be done for a few days after my consult, I was given antibiotics which helped with the pain until he could get in and re-​do the root canal. The procedure was painless, and even the numbing process was not uncomfortable. At all. Root canals are NOT fun, but I was pleasantly surprised that a) the procedure was painless and b) it went by faster than I thought. The ONLY thing that would have made the appointment better, and make it feel faster, (and also the only reason this is not a 5 star review!), was the ability to have Nitrous Oxide to help calm my nerves. I was able to have my music blasting in my headphones, which helped, but since the office doesn’t offer Nitrous, I had to deal with my nerves and was more on edge before the procedure (I know, wah, wah). ;) That said, I would STILL go back to Dr. Holt just because I know he is ethical and gentle. Highly recommend this office!

Our young teenage son ended up with an emergency root canal and we were referred to Dr. Holt by our local dentist. Dr. Holt and his office staff were simply amazing! The office was able to see us that very day. Dr. Holt did a wonderful job explaining the procedure to our son, putting his mind at ease. The procedure went very smoothly and our son felt immediate relief. Hands down, the best root canal experience available. Great office, great staff, great care!

Best DDS I have ever been to. Besides countless root canals he also did 3 implants for me. All work that he did for me turned out great. The one drawback is that the implants are not the overnight type. However, they were worth the wait.

No one wants to get a root canal but after my second procedure with Dr. Holt, I am completely satisfied with his entire office. The whole staff were very patient with all my anxieties, and answered all of my questions. I felt NO pain during either procedure so I am thrilled!
