The office has gone downhill following the exits of Dr. Bhatia, a wonderfully compassionate and pro-​patient associate of Dr. Rashid’s, and Melinda & Fatima, very personable front office people.
I find Dr. Rashid keeps you waiting, rushes you through, doesn’t listen to you, doesn’t follow up, and doesn’t write things down. I’ve had several issues with Workers Comp getting my Rx requests submitted correctly and all of a sudden, Dr. Rashid thinks I should quit Vicodin (sixty count 5/​500s per month for nearly 8 years), proposing that I up my medical marijuana dose and smoke that instead… he also makes mistakes and then tries to blame me for them. I don’t particularly care for the present office manager, who seems very curt and impersonal.
