Round Table Pizza

This place was okay. The thirsty Thursday deal is in point at 7 $ a pitcher. But if you like ranch with your pizza dont come here. They charge for ranch. Idk if anyone knows this but ranch is mayonnaise and garlic salt. You’re giving out pitchers for 7 $ but can’t give a plastic cup of ranch for free? This must be what it was like to live before the fall of Soviet Russia. Cheap vodka, no food.
Anyways, this place was okay. Pro tip to any managers out there: trick the customers into thinking you care about them. Aka do not charge for something that costs 2¢ in supplies and 4¢ in labor to make. I know those workers making the ranch ain’t raking in a 60k salary…

Today I had to write a new review on how the management has changed for the worse… they nickel and dime ya! and treat you like your only worth the sale and nothing more… they don’t seem to want repeat business… ask for anything extra charge ya… ask for something else they look at you cross eyed…
terrible customer service but the management is backwards now… its $$$ over customers… goodluck I am finding a different location… as the pizzas seem to be skimpy on cheese and meats compared to last management where they did things to please customers.
Don’t bother with this place unless management changes or gets religion on why customers are dwindling…
additionally I had always liked my wings «dripping» now they come crusty and ask for buffalo sauce to make it drip… they charge you $$$ for it… ridiculous In meal deals I was always able to trade wings instead of the sticks which are the same price but was told flat out money wise they rather have me not change it and will not allow a change no more… although previous ownership loved my business and allowed such change… thus repeat customer is over. with this classless management

always issues at this one, ordered online wasnt ready, tryed to charge for ranch, said they keep changing the policy, the ranch nazi thing is getting old. the counter girls are cute an polite but my order was ready an i had to wait 5 mins for her to realize it. some back area person was being bitchy to the front counter girl, the mgr seemed spaced out all an all awful experience. talked to the dm before nice guy but it seems like this location cant figure it out, i guess ill do the foothill location they seem to be the proffesional one.

We just celebrated my son-in-law’s birthday at Round Table last night and had so much fun. The salad bar and Pizzas were so good and employees, they were very friendly and helpful, which made our dining experience outstanding!

I musts start by saying I’ve been to a lot of round tables because they have the best pizza. The reason I’m leaving this review is because this round table exceeded expectations. I started the night by ordering from Natalie and she automatically told how to order the best way to save money without me asking. We also ended up getting the pizza 5 minutes late (which I didn’t think was late) and they made sure our kids tummy’s were completely taken care of. I will definitely be coming back!

I’m so bummed to have to give Round Table a bad review. We love the pizza but the last few times we’ve ordered from them the service has been horrible. My husband and son waited for an hour for a pizza that I ordered online and after the long wait they got home to find the pizza was undercooked. So bad.

Sad about this, but we had the worst Round Table Pizza experience ever, here. As a former RTP employee and shift lead (although it was 20 years ago), they had ample staffing but no leadership. Five people working the make-​up table, one on ovens, one trying his hardest to keep up with the clean up, at least one on deliveries, and then the poor inexperienced and timid girl trying to run the register and deliver order. This is plenty of staff. We could have handled the customers with five people total when I was working for RTP.
The pizza was awful too. The crust was stale, cardboard like. The cheese didn’t melt well. The pepperoni seemed to be missing its spice.
I do feel Round Table Pizza is no longer the quality king it once was. I remember our commitment to consistent quality pizza. I haven’t enjoyed a good pizza from RTP in years. Sad.
One other point, I heard so many people ask for the owners contact info. I saw something handed out.

I normally place online orders at the Foothills location, but by mistake (and I mean it when I say MISTAKE) I ordered at this location. At 6:03pm I placed an order for two medium, two topping pizzas. My confirmation email said it’d be ready by 6:30pm.
Thinking I ordered at Foothills, by the time I finally got to this location it was already 6:45pm. The line was almost to the door. The dining room didn’t look THAT busy. There was one poor girl at the register, running back and forth telling people their «wait times,» which seemed to be 7 or 10 minutes every time. People were getting impatient and snappy. Coming from working in a fast-​paced food environment, I am normally very understanding when it comes to things like this.
It is 7:05pm when it is finally my turn at the register. After taking my money and giving me change back, she THEN decides to tell me that my pizzas still had 7 more minutes! What! I ordered an hour ago!!! In my opinion I felt like she should’ve told me my wait time BEFORE she took my money, considering I placed this order an hour ago! 10 minutes later I get both of my pizzas. She flashes the boxes at me really quick and I am on my way. It is now 8:00pm and I am finished with dinner, just to realize that this entire time one of my pizzas was missing a topping!
Not a huge deal. I’ll survive without the pepperoni lol, but c’mon guys. Get it together!!! :(
Not to add gas to the fire, but the lady behind me called at noon to place an order for pick-​up tonight and when she got there the pizza wasn’t even made yet. Possibly just was a bad night for these guys, but after reading other reviews I’m starting to think otherwise.

I love RTP but I was there this evening… it was the worst place to eat! they were so backed up and only had one person working the front! it took literally 1 hour for our pizza to get to our table!
Round Table should actually refund our money for wasting our time there!
Your pizzas are good but your service in this branch really needs an upgrade!

I don’t know why I keep going to Round Table Pizza joints. Constantly disappointed. We waited 50 minutes for an order of 2 kids pizzas on a Tuesday evening. We had to go so I went up and check on the status and they told me another 10 minutes. This means that it takes them an entire hour to make 2 kids pizzas. I won’t visit here again.

Pizza is yummy. Only problem is the lack of the pizza during the buffet. We stood in a line each time getting pizza because they would put out four pizzas, the pizza would go super fast and not be re-​stocked for 10 – 15 minutes. Bummer when you’re on your lunch break. The employee let us know they were behind because they were short staffed. This was our first time at this particular location and unfortunately can’t say I’d be thrilled about going back.

I have been going to the Tuesday night buffet for several months. We took a break with going because they can’t seem to keep pizzas available readily or the bread sticks or the cinnamon sticks and today we thought we would give it another try only to be very disappointed. They were low on all of the above plus no ranch and raisins! They also have discontinued the Crispin beer which is a big disappointment. We probably won’t be back for a while I don’t understand how you can run a buffet and not keep it stalked with food!

Pizza would get 4 stars, but service would get 1. We’ve been loyal customers of this store for years. Unfortunately due to one of their employees we may not be for long.
A young girl named Natalie who works their is unbearable. Last time we ordered pick up my husband went in to get it and was turned away because it wasn’t in his name. I asked if I could call in to allow him to pick it up for me and she said no. I drove there to pick it up, expecting an apology for the inconvenience, and was treated just the opposite, with extreme attitude as though I had done something wrong. Her co worker was extremely sweet and much more laid back, ironically she didn’t even check my id when I got there.
Tonight my husband went to pick up a pizza my father in law ordered and again was helped by Natalie. When he walked in he overheard her giving another customer the same rude service, saying they wouldn’t put tomatoes on only half of a pizza, which doesn’t even make sense of course they can customize a pizza to have no tomatoes on one side. But when my husband gave her his name she looked at him puzzled and said «there’s no order for you» my husband said are you sure? She said no dismissively and he went outside to make sure he ordered from the right store. A few moments later another man who worked there grabbed my husband and apologized and said the order was ready and he didn’t know what caused the confusion.
If we encounter Natalie and her attitude one more time we will take our business elsewhere. A young girl working at Round Table should learn to lighten up.

This is an update to my previous review about 18 months ago. I have not had problems with service or orders being wrong as some people are saying on here, but for me the food just is not good anymore. I used to like this place in a pinch for when you are real hungry but it just misses the mark lately. The pizza just is not good anymore.

Great place to meet with friends. Great service and customer service. We go here at least ones a month and get the salad and pizza and wings.

So, I figured out why the pizza here is so expensive… when you make every order wrong and have to remake them all — or deliver the wrong pizzas to everyone that night — your costs are going to skyrocket. I love round table’s pizza, but this location has major issues. The first FOUR times we ordered delivery, the pizza was wrong every single time. I finally got smart and started checking the box before the delivery guy could run away, and let him know it was wrong. He then TOOK THE PIZZA, and it took an hour for him to bring the right one. But didn’t leave the wrong one so I would at least have something to feed my family.
Tonight we decided to bypass crappy delivery, only to arrive to the location and find out our order was given to someone else. Get home to find that not only are the twists they «rushed» to make were BURNED (good thing they made sure to bake them extra time, while we sat there waiting), but also our sides of ranch were both blue cheese dressing. Come on guys, get it together. Where is your manager. Are you all high? Not only were multiple people complaining in person while we waited, but as well as customers calling in about their screwed up deliveries. Guys. It’s pizza. It just not that hard. If this was a one time thing I’d say you had an off night. But this is ALL THE TIME.
Pizza is still yummy. But you’re making $ 10 pizza I have to bake myself, look pretty enticing at this point.

I went in to order a Large Triple play Pizza at $ 15.99 and when I told one of the three girls standing there at the counter, she responded «its buy one, get one free» so I said so I can order like a ham and pineapple as the 2^nd pizza she said «sure», so I order that + one beer thinking its going to be 15.99 + free pizza+ one glass of beer total no more then $ 22 tops, when she gave me my total it was $ 31.70
when I asked her what happen to the free pizza she gave me a lot of double talk about how this pizza didn’t qualify, she knew what I wanted and yet she knew I wasn’t getting a free pizza, she just made it sound like I was so she can charge me more.
this is not the first time I had a problem with this store, its time to drive a bit further and go to a place that don’t offer B.S. promotion and dishonest employees, just great pizza at a fair price.

Online service is horrible! Placed an order and email confirmation advised it will be ready by 9:45pm. I place my order at 9:20pm. My son gets to their Woodcreek Oaks/​Blue Oaks location and the workers tell him, they did not checked the orders online. It is already 10:05 pm and order is not ready yet!!!
I will never place an order at this location again! Pardon my French but you guys SUCK!!!

Only downside is that it’s a little expensive. Great customer service, delivery was fast, and they even credited my card back when I noticed they didn’t apply my coupon. Got 3 large pizzas: veggie, meat and cheese pizza. Perfect amount for the 15 people I was feeding. Definitely worth it when you need some ready to eat food fast!

$ 5 pitchers of beer! Enough said right?
Not sure why this place has low ratings… We went in and were greeted by a very nice staff who answered our questions and were very helpful. They are even looking for feedback on some beer choices so that they have a better selection when people stop in for pizza. Try tapping some of the local brewers in the area for that local feel! :)
Pizza was hot and fantastic! Ask for the specials or bring a coupon to save some coin but the food was great.
We didn’t have the salad bar but I checked it out, looked good, nothing crazy or extravagant in the options but it was a regular pizza place salad bar.
The only reason I am not giving the 5^th star of glory is they need some entertainment options like you get at a pizza place… They have a couple of (sorry but they are) boring video games that the kids don’t even beg for quarters to play. Put in a pinball machine and you’d have to kick me out at closing time! haha!
Seriously… get a pinball machine already! :)
Loved the place and plan to make it a regular stop after a tough day at work where I need a little beer and a little pizza to make it all better…
