Char Ruppel and his team which includes Kristina Tkalec and Jaime Williams went above and beyond for my family. This was the best experience I have ever had with a loan officer. I have used other lenders and the professionalism from Char and his team is an A +++++. When I was unsure of something and needed help figuring out taxes how much it was going to cost they had the answer before I even asked the question. He made sure that he got me the lowest rate possible and helped me with closing costs and figured out everything to make this a smooth transaction. At the end of our transaction escrow was a little short and he covered the cost out-​of-​pocket for me which he did not need to do but he wanted to make sure I got keys to my home at that exact day and time and he did not want to delay us. How many lenders have you had that will pay out-​of-​pocket for you? The answer none. Through circumstances not involved with a house purchase I was pointed in Chars direction, well one thing lead to another and I was buying a house which I thought would only be possible a couple of years down the road. Char with expert knowledge of the market and knowing my circumstances set me on the path to home ownership. Char handed me over to Jamie whos expert advice and help just a phone call away guided me through every step and made everything simple and easy for me with no stress at all. Next I had the pleasure of Kristina taking me through the final stages up to closing. When I was signing the closing documents Char was there when he didn’t have to be. I can tell you that each and every one of them treated me as a friend and not a client, I cannot begin to tell you the difference it made to me. I was treated with total respect from start to finish and will most certainly use them again in the future and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for anyone who is in the market for buying a home.
