Yuck, just yuck. The food was terrible and most things were unidentifyable. I can say that our waitress was very pleasant and kept my diet coke filled!

I have tried all of the country cooking buffets in the area and imho this place us the best. I feel they have the best fried chicken of all, you can easily determine what piece of meat you have, white or dark. This isn’t a easy task at the others, they cut up the chicken for the most pieces they can get and it makes identification of what piece you have very difficult other than wrong or leg. Their dishes are also different for the other buffets, which is good. I haven’t been there enough to know if they change up their offering daily, but I can say the others do change up but one it two things a day. Service was very good, my glass of tea never ran low as they were on top of keeping every bodies drinks filled. As for cleanliness, they are on par or maybe just a bit better than their competition. I will be back again.

The ultimate guilty-comfort-food buffet. At a respectable 7 dollars, you can stuff your face with halfway mediocre southern style food(all tasting canned and covered in butter). You can’t possibly defend any of the food here as being of «good quality» or «top tier», it’s all very simplistic cafeteria tasting southern food that you eat very well knowing it’s no where close to a culinary masterpiece. When i’ve reached the low of lows and simply want to indulge in some of the worst food I can possibly eat without pausing to breathe, I go here. .You can’t be that harsh rating Donny’s food, it knows it’s bad. 1 star implies I don’t like it and 2 is iffy, so I’m(generously) granting it 3 stars.

A deep discount, all you can buffet. This is more the Aldi of fast food. Everything comes from a can. Literally. Pretty basic fare that resembles more of a soup kitchen than a restaurant, but for about $ 7. 4 main stations: * Meats * Veggies * Salads * Desserts Service here is very prompt and courteous. They take care of their patrons and have a very loyal following. Menu rotates out daily to coincide with the stereotypical Fish Fridays, etc. Incidentally, it is an older crowd for the most part. You can somewhat term this place a Southern Buffet, for they tend to offer Fried or Baked Chicken, LIver, Pork Chops, Beef and rice, Mashed Potatoes, corn, greens, sweet potato soufflé, you get the idea. Always pecan pie and banana pudding on the dessert cart. As the owners are Asian, you will also get some Asian dishes thrown in from time to time, but we are talking Kroger box Asian fare… not the read deal. Kinda feels like an after church pot luck in many ways too. Cornbread here is exceptional… like Cracker Barrel. If you want a bare bones buffet with store-bought food and good service, this is your place.
