The Perfect Solution Dry Carpet Cleaning Inc

We have two English Springer Spaniels who are active outside as well as inside. With dogs as you probably know lots of soils are brought into your home from the outside. We called The Perfect Solution because their ad said they were dry and did not use water! It was amazing! We have used several big name companies around town but have never experienced cleaning as nice as The Perfect Solution. The product looks like brown sugar but cleans like there is no tomorrow! The two technicians were clean cut, and college educated, never seen that. Polite walked us thru the job listened to our concerns and started in our office so we could continue to work from home. In 3 hours they cleaned 5 bedrooms, a large basement, 3 sets of stairs, and 3 oriental rugs, all dry and ready for immediate pet usuage! We recieved $ 50 off our entire job and also got a quote to revive our wood floors before Christmas. Michael the owner called after the job just to see how it all went… needless to say they will be cleaning our children and friends homes soon! Michael even said he would travel up to our lake home on Lanier to vlean for us! Where have these guys been hiding? We love them! Thanks Perfect Solution!

The dry cleaning process is wonderful! It’s cleans out all the dirt and the rug is dry when they leave. Try it-​it is well worth it!

Out with the crappy builder carpet that finally gave up its pile (sounds nasty, does it not?) after 14 years. In with new carpet and padding that makes my bare feet smile in luxury. Now, it’s nine months post-​install, so it’s time for a good cleaning. Out came Mike and crew with their trusty equipment and, two hours later, we were presented with a lofty, springy, odor-​and-​moisture-​free wonderland of barefoot delight.

Unbelievable. I just purchased a deal, $ 50 for $ 100 worth of service, and when I called to schedule service, Mike the owner informed me that it’s not worth it for him to clean my studio carpet for $ 50. The reason why I chose to go with him is bc of the good reviews and the deal. That’s the whole point of running specials, to gain recognition and build a happy customer base on Unilocal.So apparently, I now need to waste my time getting a refund for my deal from Unilocal.
He told me he would recommend others who are cheaper, because his services are too good for me. What kind of customer service is this?
What’s worse is that we got disconnected due to bad connection, and he hasn’t called back nor is he picking up the phone when I call. It’s pretty obvious he’s avoiding my call now.
Does he really think I’d keep this to myself when I bought the deal on a REVIEW SITE called Unilocal

These guys did a great job. They were nice, honest, and professional and price was fair. Showed up on time and got right to work. Carpets looked amazing after they were done and best of all no waiting for the carpets to dry.
Will definitely be calling them back when it’s time again.
