I bought a mattress here in January for a guest bedroom. I was looking for a mid-​range product, and JR at Bedding Experts was great at helping me figure out what was within my budget and getting me set up for a few months of free financing. It was a really quick and painless purchase!
In light of the buying experience, the delivery experience was not as good. The team was on time, placed the mattress in the right room, but didn’t unwrap it before asking me to sign for it. I felt pushy asking if I could check it for damage first. Not the worst thing, but the experience ended on a low note.

Beware hidden fees! I was assured of a 30 day exchange policy (and only after I asked about it) but when I actually requested an exchange they sprung $ 100 fee for the return. Never mentioned it up front! The only good thing about this retail experience was the delivery guys who were prompt, professional and courteous.
