There was a dispute over some scratches on my new Nissan Leaf, and they were left off the work that was done for a collision. The agent never inquired if the scratches were part of the accident; he decided on his own they were not – not exactly the way to do business, it just shows how customers are treated at the store, and is symptomatic of an arrogance that comes from general success.
After my son attempted to get some help from Caliber to fix the problem (and I do admit Caliber was under no legal obligation to help us out), the MANAGER of the shop, a Mr. White, suggested that we put a BUMPER STICKER over the scratches. A bumper sticker; this from someone whose whole business is based on fixing problems, not covering them up. We will fix this at home here, eventually, just by doing the proper research, but we will NOT be investing in «Hillary 2016» bumper stickers, even though we will vote for Hillary or any other Dem who runs. A bumper sticker is forever, and no prospective used car buyer wants a bumper sticker that you picked out!
I would definitely choose another location next time, even another Caliber. Just not this one.

Used Caliber for an insurance claim. They made it fairly painless and they were communicative, which is HUGE for me. The missing star is for a quality issue that they resolved, but the service and communication was definitely top drawer.

Caliber Collision literally «bent over backwards» to meet my timeline. James (Manager) and Brian (Service Advisor) moved mountains with a 1.5 day turnaround on a replaced bumper and taillight on my 4Runner. Outstanding bedside manner notwithstanding, their professionalism and sincere devotion to accommodating a customer is the best that I’ve experienced in numerous locations worldwide. These guys are absolutely awesome… for real.

I had a terrible experience with Caliber Collision. We used them because they were recommended by USAA Insurance, but I recommend everyone to go elsewhere. After quoting us to be finished in one week, it took over two to complete replacement of both driver’s side doors. When I went to pick up the vehicle upon completion (I only knew it was ready because I called for updates. They did not keep me informed.), the work was very poorly done. They had glued plastic pieces back together rather than replacing them, which is what was covered and promised. When I showed the manager, he offered to have someone sand it down to look nicer. Once I demanded the work be done properly and replaced they complied. The night I drove my vehicle home, we realized that my brake lights and turn signal had been swapped. So, the next day, I had to return again for them to correct the mistake. 12 months later, and I’m still having problems. My door locks automatically now, which it didn’t before, which means it locks my keys in the car even if they are in the ignition with the car running! Please go somewhere else.

My Explorer got rear ended and I picked Caliber Collision to fix my car. They are very courteous and professional and they did a pretty good job and finished quicker than expected.
I went to get an estimate and when I scheduled to drop off they told me it would be 2 weeks until they could get my car in. I did not like having to drive around in a crashed car for 2 weeks. When I finally dropped off they called me the next day and said it would be 10 days instead of the quoted 3 days and I was pretty worried because that’s a long time. Luckily they worked fast and finished in half the time and they kept me well informed by call and text. I didn’t think the work was flawless but I could just be picky. They didn’t use aftermarket parts which I liked and they are guaranteed by USAA. I have had worse experiences from repair shops with work quality and customer service so Caliber Collision gets 4 stars.

We were conveniently left uninformed for 2 days and in that time, many options had not been presented to us, regarding the fate of the vehicle. Instead of thinking of our best interest, Robert moved the process quickly for vehicle repairs, although that was not the smartest option.
The people here are very courteous, but be careful and understand your options. After I had determined what was going on behind my back, I was promised communication (a call back) from Robert, but never heard back. Not even once.

My much loved Subaru Forester was damaged in a an accident last week and my insurance company recommended Caliber. I am glad they did. First rate professional service. Staff was great, very patient with us This is the second time we have used Caliber and would recommend this shop without hesitation. The shop took the hitch off my Subaru and installed it on my wifes car in less than 30 mins as a courtesy. Estimate process was fast and very easy to understand. Comms with insurance company were timely and accurate.

I had my car fixed here last week. Frank was the person who inspected my car for the estimate. It took less than 15 minutes. I was waited on at the register by a very nice lady who offered me a water. I was told it would take 3 days to repair and it did. Right on time. Frank actually called me after taking off the bumper to confirm with me that no further damage was found. They called the rental car place who picked me up after leaving my car here to fix. They stayed open for me because I was running late to pick up my car. They stand by their word and the workmanship was great. Highly recommend this place to fix your vehicle.

I don’t know… Maybe being female and actually knowing a bit about my car is a bad thing. I took my vehicle here for an estimate… And what I got was rude people who barely took the time to help me. I had an appointment at 1:30 and apparently two other people did as well. When I arrived it was a ghost town. I told the front desk clerk that I had an appointment and it took someone almost 20 minutes to get up off their behind to look at my car. After looking at it for 3 minutes, telling me I was crazy, he sent me on my way. I took it elsewhere and actually found a friendly person who gave me a real estimate. Also, the damage to my car was on the undercarriage… And they don’t have a lift at this location. Sure would have been nice to know before I showed up there and wasted my time!!! If you want to see the underside of your car, go elsewhere. Maybe Round Rock Collision. Unilocal them instead, avoid this place.

A friend backed into my front end, managing to spread the damage across the bumper, hood, lights and grill. His insurer recommended I go to Caliber. Yeah yeah, I said. I called up my insurer, USAA, which has my complete confidence after 14 years of incredible service. They independently seconded the recommendation.
I have dealt with numerous body shops over the years; some as a customer, some as a bird-​dogging car salesman during another life. In the past I have never had a completely satisfactory experience with any of these shops. It is the nature of the beast. The estimates never anticipate everything. Insurers constantly pressure to shave costs. Suppliers are suddenly out of stock, and you need to pay more elsewhere in short order. Pretty soon the work suffers, the bill goes up, there are no good excuses, and everyone’s pissed.
Caliber broke the streak. Everyone from the front counter ladies to the writers to the shop guys seemed obsessed with optimal customer service. My estimate took all of 20 minutes or so. I was updated by phone on the progress of my repairs every other day. On pickup my lifetime warranty was thoroughly explained and delivered. My car was brought out freshly washed and good as new. The work was absolutely flawless, despite the involvement of some high-​end factory paint. They even repainted the passenger mirror I scraped up a few months back, gratis. Leaving without a gripe was such an unexpected moment I almost hugged the guy seeing me off.

I used to hate the thought of going to a body shop. I feared the inevitable miss-​matched parts and paint, being charged too much, and having the repair fall. Then, I went to Caliber. What a difference. The people don’t tall down to you. The rates are affordable. The work is as close to perfect as I could imagine, and everything they do is guaranteed for as long as you own your car. In twenty years, they have worked on two vettes, a Jag, an F-​150, Uplander mini van (had to chop and replace the roof) and others I can’t recall. There is nothing I wouldn’t trust them to do.

They can do decent work but you will pay twice as much as places nearby. I had a scrape on my door, got an estimate around $ 1100. I took it to Express Auto Body and they fixed it and detailed my car for $ 510. The customer service at Caliber is slow and pales in comparison to Express Auto Body. I made the mistake of going here after a wreck and they got paint drip all over my seat belt. If you have to choice, avoid this place.

Hubby got into a little wreck… so he took our car to Caliber Collision, as he has used them in the past and was satisfied with their service, and they have a lifetime warranty on the work. We picked the car up today. Unfortunately we found two paint drips on the front (where the car was damaged from the wreck) and the back of the car had a scrape down it like it was backed into something. As far as we know, that was not there when we took it in. Caliber took photos before they started working on the car but it was too dusty to tell if it was there already or not. Instead of arguing with us, since it could not be proven either way, James of Caliber said they would take care of the back bumper as well as fix the paint drips. Now THAT is some awesome customer service! AND a lesson to us (and Unilocalers!) to take pics of a car all around BEFORE it goes to the shop! That may have been there, and it may not have, and there was no way to prove it! Lucky for us Caliber Collision was professional and chose to make the customer happy. In that they gained two lifelong customers and we will always recommend them! In addition, the lady at the front desk and the one who came out to inspect the car with us were very nice. Definitely 5 star service!

If you have custom or after market parts on your vehicle that are damaged, don’t take it here. (i.e. Aftermarket Headlights, Grille, etc.) They referred me out to «Excellence body and paint» — on Clark st. — and so far they seem to be taking care of me. I’ll write up a review on my experience at Excellence as soon as I get my vehicle back. Hopefully this review will save someone a trip and a wait (I waited almost an hour to be told that I was ‘out of luck’). I rated them low because they couldn’t do something as simple as acquire parts from online suppliers to replace my damaged ones even though my insurance is paying for the repairs. This review/​rating in no way reflects the quality of work in this shop, as my car was not worked on by them, at all. It is solely based upon the poor business practices implemented by the company.

I made an appointment to «drop off» my car. The entire process took amost 2 hours. I was told I would be in and out and would not miss my 10:00 meeting at work. There was another guy at the shop that had been fed the same bs apparently. He was sitting there with me, tapping his toe, watching the clock and realizing he too would be missing his morning meeting.
The shop contacted me 30 minutes before closing to let me know my car was ready (I asked that they give me as much notice as possible as my commute from my office is almost an hour in traffic). When I went to pick it up the following morning they charged me an additional day for a car rental and there were bubbles all over my finish. Would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. The automotive manager was helpful but the Geico representative needs help. Terrible customer service.

After a fender bender :(, my insurance recommended Caliber Collision. The Mays location was closest to my job, so I made my appt there.
The receptionist was really helpful, I gave her my work hours and she booked me for the next day to bring it in for an estimate. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes for the estimate!
Their body work is great, and all the work is guaranteed. I had no problems with them at all, and am happy to know that I can bring it back anytime if I find a problem with the repair work.
