Very nice people work there. The office was nice and clean and the process was stress free. I found a new home.

Had a great visit with Dr. Emery! The staff was warm and friendly and the office is well decorated and inviting; no sterile white walls or hard plastic chairs to be found! The big band music being piped quietly into the clinic only adds to the overall charm and pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Emery, who is just as fashionable as everything else in the office, took the time to answer all of my questions (related and otherwise) and go over all of my options and possible future needs. She was informative and practical, and really just as charming and approachable as the rest of the staff. Overall, it was a great experience for something that is typically an annual chore.

The entire staff was professional and personable. My daughter was being fitted for contacts and after a disastrous exam with another office, we came here. Best decision ever. First of all, they listened to what we needed and worked with my daughter multiple times to make sure she could get the contacts in and out of her eyes. They also discovered her original prescription was too strong. Great place to trust your eyes too.

I found my new eye doctor. I came in for a special promotion, and I will come back because they treated me great and made me feel comfortable.
I found Dr. Emery to be friendly, warm, attentive, and reassuring. Amy listened to me and noted my preferences for my new frames, patiently explored the options with me, and explained the different types of lens I could choose. (I really like that Dr. Emery asked me some questions about frames and then advised Amy of what I was looking for. No needless repetition of questions! That part felt like a spa experience, where one professional hands you off to the next, and they’re all on the same page about who you are and what you need next, without all the endless questions being asked over and over.) Amy gave me enough information on how my lenses/​frames would be, but not so much that I felt drowned in details.
In other news, the décor was pretty, playful, and unexpected. It didn’t feel like an ophthalmologist’s office at all; it was too fun! I was greeted warmly and given bottled water and made to feel at home. Really great selection of frames, instead of rows and rows of the exact same type of frame, like you find at some places.
All in all, a really satisfying visit. I felt like my needs were addressed, my opinions were heard, and I was treated like a valued patient.
More later, once I get my new glasses! I think I’m going to love them!

I’ve been to Dr. Emery a few times in the last 5 years I’ve lived in Round Rock. She’s a very nice, very professional woman. She runs a great practice, and worked with me to find contact lenses that work best for me. I originally went to her because she was covered under my insurance, but now my insurance doesn’t even cover eye care, and I still use her when I need to.

Dr. Emery is the best. My progressive lenses are perrrrrfect. She found the lens that work best for me. There is none of that «wear them awhile to get used to them» which never seems to happen. She has the coolest quality frames.
Her staff is professional and and friendly. They managed get my husband out of hs coke bottle, old man frames and try some updated frames that look great. That deserves 5 stars alone. I’ve purchased 3 different pairs of glasses over the years, not to mention some perscription sunglasses that I luuuuv.
Prior to coming to Distinct Vision I was frustrated with poor customer service and inability to get glasses that did the job.

Originally, I chose Dr Emery because of my employer’s insurance.
Very professional staff with terrific customer service skills; Bailey and Amy are very focused on knowledgeably guaranteeing your satisfaction. Dr. Emery is very good, explaining all of your options and never rushing. My family and I will absolutely be regular customers from now on.
