These ladies are so sweet and helpful! I hate shopping for clothes but it so much easier when the people around are so nice and ready to help. Thank you!

I typically give retail reps some slack since I have walked in their shoes for many years. However, the slack stops when I have been to the store on multiple occasions throughout the month making purchases (not returning or exchanging).
Because I have been in retail, I am an easy going shopper and rarely ask for assistance (not that these ladies would help you). On one occasion, I entered the store and was not greeted by three different employees. After having 4 items in my hand, one employee decided to ask me how I was doing.
At some point, one employee announced that she was going on her break and left two others to man the store. I could tell one employee was newer and the other lady had been there for a while.
The best part of this was when I was ready to check out, the newer employer was at the register assisting a customer and she had to walk away with her to find a size. At that point the other employee was at the register too and looked at me and said, I have to get this done for INVENTORY, and walked away!!!
I had about $ 200 worth of clothes in my arms and I left them all on the counter and walked out. If this company is teaching their employees that getting inventory done is far more important that customer service, then they certainly do not need my money.

I really hate that I have to complain about the management at this location (on 3÷11÷12), but I definitely did not have a 4-​star «Deanna B.» experience! For the record, I have always liked shopping and supporting this location and never had any bad experiences or complaints until…
Just like Deanna, I too walked in the store near closing time (approx 15min prior) with the TOTAL INTENT to leave the store ASAP. I made my selections in a hurry and right at closing time but not even a minute after I was approached by this aggressive manager woman! First of all, that is HORRIBLE ETIQUETTE and certainly not the way you talk to customers [who are actually planning to purchase, not just browsing]! Honestly I was totally caught off guard by her demeanor. I know I had this shocked look since I had never been treated in that manner at this store before, I was almost speechless. She then had the nerve to roll her eyes at me, I guess cause I was in shock!
She proceeds to tell me in a hurriedly tone that I need to make my selections quick because the registers were closing and the store was preparing to shut down immediately for inventory. Even though she was rude, I maintained composure and walked to the check out as I understood the inventory situation.
I have to say the employee at the register was MUCH more pleasant and professional. In fact she even asked if she could help me shop around for more items [despite the fact that the store was closed].
So here is the part that really drove me to post this bad review –
CLERK: Can I interest you in the BOGO sale on accessories to go with your outfits?
ME: No thanks, I don’t want to hold you up. I know you have to get started on the store inventory.
CLERK (with a perplexed look): Inventory? We aren’t doing any inventory today! We just have to pick up the store and then we are out of here for the night.
ME: [Just remained speechless for having been LIED TO BY THE MANAGER!!!]
Obviously the closing manager on 3÷11÷12 was TOTALLY rude to me! I’ve worked retail before, I have friends and family who work retail so I know how it feels when it’s closing time and all you want to do is go home (trust me, I get that… loud and clear!).
I realize this happened over a month ago but I will never forgot how the woman manager made me feel that day… HORRIBLE! Hopefully future customers will not have the same experience here and having to deal with this lying manager!

The ladies who work at this location are all very friendly and helpful. Each time I visit, they are quick with a friendly greeting and an offer to help find something. They check with me on occasion as I browse the store to make sure things are still good. Anytime I have a question or need some additional size information, they are on top of it. I have nothing but great things to say about the people working here.
On one visit to the store, I did not get there until late in the evening. It was about an hour before closing. They were completely relaxed and friendly the entire time. No one ever said anything to me about having to get out because they would be closing, they simply let me shop. Of course, I also work in retail so I was sensitive to the time and made every effort to get out of their hair so they could go home.
