This was my first time here. I purchased glasses that came out to a total of $ 488.00
I was told they could make them in 2 hours. I was so excited and really looking forward to wearing them. 2.5 hours later I notified by text that they were ready to be picked up. I live less than 5 mins away, so I quickly got in my car and drove over there, only to find that they had closed unexpectedly for the day due to rain. I really would’ve appreciated if they would’ve taken 2 mins just to call me. Every business around them was open. I’m very disappointed in their customer service.

The employees at this location know nothing about glasses or where to get your glasses fixed at! I understand this is a corporate company, but have other options for you customers if you can not do the job! This is Austin also, so supporting any local business would be amazing to since this location can not do the job. The employees are just sad here.

Brought in my favorite ray bans with a busted lens and new lenses that I had to order from Italy. they had a very hard time putting in the new lenses (I don’t think they were the right size) but they kept at it for about 45 minutes and made it work! They look good as new. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Came here after leaving another place. Quang helped both my husband and I. He was very friendly, honest and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the help we received here even when they were very busy.

My husband owns a pair if Ray Ban sunglasses. He had scratched the lenses and contacted Ray Ban to order replacement lenses. He was told by Ray Ban that he could take them to any Lens Crafters. We took them to this location and was told they could not do the work because they are «drill mount» lenses. The lady was willing to «chance it». She definitely made an effort. We went to the Lens Crafters at Lakeline Mall. When I explained that Ray Ban said we could take them to any Lens Crafters, they never hesitated. In 20 minutes the lenses were replaced!

I hate my face, I hate going blind. I love Lens Crafters! I was helped by Quang, who really cares about what he does. He was able to get my style and select quite a few frames that were appropriate. I narrowed it down to just a couple and then finally made my selection. I ended up with a pair that look fantastic and can’t wait for them to be ready. Of course, they were a little pricey but well worth it. It’s always worth paying a little more to make your face look great! Thanks for your expertise, Quang.

This is a third updated review for this store. Our ongoing saga of trying to get our eyeglasses is still a pain. Although the customer service is ok, the craftsmanship of their work is not very good. After the lens popped out the day after we picked it up last time, it took about two weeks to get it sent back to the factory and then back to the store. They ended up just making a brand new pair for him. The prescription came out wrong, but that wasn’t Lenscrafters’ fault since we brought the prescription from another location. The manager has been very helpful all throughout. We’re still working on getting the new pair with the new prescription this time from the factory… after submitting the new prescription, they told us the glasses are delayed again since the lenses fell out… again…Nice customer service, but takes forever to get glasses from factory.
Bottom line — decent customer service, but the craftsmanship of their factories are disappointing.

I stopped in to this location on Friday afternoon to get some Rx sunglasses. I only had a few minutes to look around and felt like I had tried on every pair of sunglasses in the store. It’s always been hard to find sunglass frames that don’t touch my cheeks or that don’t squish the sides of my head. I told the sales rep my issues and in 15 seconds had about 5 pairs for me to try on. I ended up buying a pair that she recommended and they were on sale. After 15 minutes in the store, I was on my way and picked up the glasses the next morning. Couldn’t be happier!

The worst. Do not go here. The tall, overweight lady working there didn’t even assist my girlfriend in picking out glasses. Not to mention the fact that she placed a charge on the bill that my girlfriend knew nothing about! And finally, to add injury to insult, the lenses on the glasses came back NOTHING like how the optometrist had spec’d out. Buyers beware.
