Got lured here with 19.9922 oz porterhouse It’s 5 pm. we order 3. Wait returns” we only can give you 1 porterhouse” we are out” Wow. Felt like bait and switch. As this word it’s been 45 min, I got my side salad few rolls. But not even apps. I give this place way to many chances.. Longhorn next door and they always deliver . The waiter as noted above had to go ask someone every time about our concerns. The porter was $ 24 and our coupon was -$ 5 off so that should apply to something else ? 1HR now no food here(: Food came with apps! Not good, potato skins were old dry. My baked potato was old and cold. Oh the entrees had our sides mixed on plate. Can this place really be this bad? Told Mgr about skins, she removed. My prime rib was thick but cold. No ajue sauce and it was cold . My crisp green salad was ok. I think I have this place too many chances and yet the keep on failing me . This cost us $ 70 but for the headaches and other crap please avoid and go to longhorn.

Our Logan experience was okay. There were times where we had to wait too long for our waitress to return to the table and it wasn’t a packed house. She had a pretty dry personality but maybe she was having a bad night. I even stopped a random guy that worked there to get a drink refill for us. The margarita was too sweet but the bartendar was great at making us some more. He even came over to the table to make sure it was good and told us to let him know if we needed anything else. Great guy! Their system was a little messed up that night. They swiped our cards but it kept showing«declined». However, our bank accounts showed it had been paid. That situation was a bit annoying but the manager came by and made it all better. She was great at helping us sort everything through an concluded that they were having problems with their system. Otherwise, they have great prices and the food is okay. I think the manager and bartender made up for whatever we lacked during our visit.

We do live in Manor, so this not an area we visit on a regular basis, but a coupon for a free burger had us headed in that direction, along with a ton of other people… seamed everyone there had one… This round we tried soup and Chili for an appetizer… Chili for the wife, Loaded Potato for Me… at least until the looming feeling that came over the wife… she forgot to ask if the chili came with beans, and it did… So a quick switch, and I was eating Chili and she was eating the soup… Either way, both were good… Chili had a good spice and the soup was creamy… I went with the Roadhouse burger… Packed with layers of flavor, with a killer bun too… fries were just fries… Wife had the Country Style Buttermilk Chicken with country gravy… Both breasts were good, one slightly better then the other. One was a bit think for the wife, but still juicy and crunchy… Taters were good and creamy… All around good visit.

Don’t usually frequent chain restaurants, but was just wanting an appetiser. It was a Tuesday night, but the place we like to eat is always packed, and we didn’t want to have to wait for something light. We were seated right away, then no one even approached our table for 5 – 10 minutes. The server finally brought us beverages and took our food order. I asked for potato skins without chives. He asked what chives were. We didn’t see him until he returned with rolls after 15 minutes.(We were getting ready to leave by this time!) it was another 10 minutes before the potato skins and hamburger plate arrived. The burger did not arrive as ordered and was without the fries. When my daughter asked about this, she was told, «you ordered your burger plain.» The service wasn’t the worst part; the manager then came by to check if everything was okay. She clearly wasn’t expecting our less than enthusiastic response, and disappointment that it took 30 minutes to get a burger and an appetiser. As tho she hadn’t heard a word we said, she informed us that she was there and we could let her know if she could help with anything! WHAT? Guess this is why people don’t ask to speak to managers any more when dissatisfied… they don’t really want to hear it! Won’t be making the mistake of stopping at Logan’s again!(Wish I’d read the Unilocal reviews of this place FIRST! You’ll notice the majority of them are poor, and that the manager never responds to any of those!!)

My wife and I have eaten at this Logan’s and found it to provide a decent meal at a competitive price. We are always seated and served swiftly. The wait staff do not make a nuisance of the themselves but are available should we have a question/request. The peanut bucket on the table provides a temporary distraction while the meal is being prepared and the hulls on the floor create an informal atmosphere. It is not fancy or trashy, but rather a common eatery that provides food at a reasonable price and quality level.

Too bad for Logan’s there is another steakhouse right next door that is much better! Our waiter was very nice, however, my husband ordered rare and got medium, I ordered medium and got rare! For a steakhouse you would think they could get that right. More of a family restaurant too lots of crying kids. Not a fan of the rustic(peanut shells on the floor) décor either.

My family & I had a wonderful waitress, Vanessa! She was hilarious & professional! We love to laugh and joke with each other(the fam) as well as joke with the staff! Last night, we had a blast with her and the folks behind us! Even the manager was cool! Non-stop fun & great food! Can’t go wrong!

My husband and I went on a slow Sunday afternoon, when there were as many servers as there were tables. Even still, service was inattentive and left a lot to be desired. My salad was good but my husband’s chicken fried steak was salty and, though the breaking covered most of the plate, the actual meat was a pretty small portion. We won’t be returning — but the service at the Killeen location was much better.

My husband and I were on a road trip and passed by here. Came in this place simply because it had more cars parked outside. We have not regretted . First of all, the roll is very impressive. We have never had dinner roll that hot and fluffy. We ordered the Fried zucchini and Mushroom for appetizer. The Fried Zucchini was not on the menu anymore. But, our waiter, Keith, happily accommodated us. Both appetizers were good and the cost was surprisingly low. We split an 16oz ribeye. The steak was okay, worth the price. We loved woody smoke flavor though. Keith was very courteous and attentive. We were very satisfied with his service.

Let me tell you what is worth getting here. The rolls. They’re delicious! The sweet tea is also the shiz! One problem, I’m laying off sugar and flour right now so I can’t have either. I opted for the tenderloin and a baked sweet potato. The steak was grey and bland and hardly worthy of being called a steak. It was loose grained and while cooked to the desired doneness, just didn’t taste or feel like a fine cut of beef. I will say that I don’t really expect fine prime steaks here, so I guess for the price point, it was okay. I’m just not a big fan of it. Maybe more seasoning or a harder sear would have helped? Oh well. I can think of a hundred places I’d rather go… unless I was here for bread. The service was okay, well, pretty bad actually. Silverware was only set out for half the table. Half of the orders came out while the other half took an extra 15 minutes to arrive. Also, the server never took away starter plates and old bread baskets after they were stacked and obviously not in use anymore. She just added another bread basket on top of them. She also left her drink tray on the table after setting it down, for the duration of the meal. We finally moved it to an empty table to get it out of the way. The lesson is, Sometimes you just have to just grin and go places you don’t want to go because it’s where your extended family wants to go… even if it’s here.

We usually go to the Cedar Park/1431 location. I love their salads. I went with a co worker to this location for lunch and ordered the same«jammin fried chicken salad,» and it was not the same. The chicken was cold, the croutons were spongey and the cucumbers were limp. Our service was great and I did let our server know so that he could pass it on to the manager, but I don’t think I’ll be going to that location again.

I’ve been a server and have worked in customer service the majority of my working life and the service I received here was by far the worst I have ever had. The family that was sat after us had received their dessert and bill before my wife got her drink. Nearly walked out waiting for the food to come out. Will never go back.

Meh. Food was mediocre and service just barely made it. Guess that’s what i get for trying out yet another chain restaurant.

traditionally i enjoy Logans and its service. This was my wife and I’s first visit to this location and I must say we were disappointed. We felt rushed to order, and not valued. We waited for about 7 minutes after seated for someone to take our drink orders. The place was practically empty. Our appetizer came out literally less than a minute before our main meal. My drink was empty and not refilled until after I had already eaten my meal. And then she hit us with our bill while we were looking to order desert. Overall, our server that night was horrible. She didn’t say much. When she brought our food out, she just dumped it on the table, appearing as if she was mad. I’m sure she probably had a bad night, but that’s not my problem. We pay for the food, and the tip and we expect professional service. In addition, there was a table/booth behind us with two kids that were climbing and standing over the seats and the walls. Very dangerous. I will not be going back to this location. Just horrible. Horrible. Horrible Service. The food was a little cold. Our popcorn shrimp was soggy on some. The salad had too much dressing.

My boys love their steak tips and fries cooked over medium. I’m just thankful it’s not some form of chicken nuggets or tenders or strips. I mean shit. … they don’t like just regular good protein chicken. It needs to come out of a box or drive thru or some other breaded way! Today I ordered their trio with chicken, steak, and pineapple skewers over medium. The little steak medallions were cooked perfectly and the chicken was very moist and tender. My sides were broccoli and a skewer of mushrooms. The broccoli was awesome and the mushrooms were large and tender. I didn’t really care for the teriyaki sauce they brought out for the trio, but at least it was on the side. Our server Wyatt was very attentive and I have to give him props for engaging with my kids. I always give extra points for that. Thanks Wyatt!

Just say no… The only reason for two stars instead of zero is that the food is eatible, but that is about the best I can say. If you sit at the bar for dinner and don’t know the wait staff, you are invisible. Literally. The bar tender walked right in front of me several times before taking my order without so much as an acknowledgment that she saw me. Then after waiting for 10 mins she(after the people next to me gave me a menu — she did not even do that) asked about what I would like to drink. Then another 10 – 12 mins after getting my beer(but not the water i asked for) to take my order. Salad came out… then(by a confused looking waiter) bread… almost immediately followed by my dinner — steak, small lobster tail, and broccoli. Nothing remarkable, but i was not expecting excellence here. After i was finished, some of the other waitstaff cleared my plates… then i waited… and waited… and waited. Took my credit card out and waited some more. Lightly tapped it on the bar(mind you, the bar has about 5 people at a 20 top bar, so it is not like it was wven close to busy). Finally, one of the regulars across the bar called to the bartender by name and said that i probably was done. Yup… very. Go next door to Longhorn… dont bother with this place.

The yeast rolls were fresh out of the oven piping hot, just addictive when you catch them like that. The Chipotle grilled wings were very flavorful and grilled perfectly. I would give a perfect rating, except the wing size looked like they were from cornish hens. My last visit they were huge. Bad shipment i guess. The mashed potatoes was good, nothing to rave about.

We don’t get to go out to eat too often as a family with friends, but when we do we like to come here for a simple meal and drinks with everyone. It is always friendly and the staff is always helpful. Most recently I ordered the combination plate with a Sirloin, grilled shrimp, fried shrimp, a loaded potato and a salad. For drink I have their Honey-Jack Daniels Lemonade. The drink was really sweet since I am not used to the honey in Jack Daniels, but I still rate every thing over all as good. Overall, a good family experience and we will come back the next time we have the opportunity.
