Rick’s Cleaners

The service here was good, but the prices were excellent! At $ 3 a piece for dry cleaning, it is extremely affordable. They have plenty of business, but very few good reviews on here. I will stick to going here for my dry cleaning needs in the future.

DON’T USE THEM! THEY ARE THE WORSE! I would give them no stars if I could. I put my pants in to be cleaned on Friday ⁷⁄₃₁ to be cleaned. They had some spots on them. I informed the girl behind the counter that I was getting married in those slacks. She told me they would be ready by Monday. I returned to get them Monday and there was still a spot on the slacks. I told her. She informed me they would be ready Wednesday. I returned Wednesday ⁸⁄₅ to get them and the door was still there. She informed me the spot wouldn’t come out. I told her, why was I not called and informed this. I could have bought new pants and had them tailored before Saturday. She just shrugged her shoulders. I told her I thought their customer service was the worst and they have lost my business. She just said oh well. TAKE MY WORD. DON’T USE RICK’S CLEANERS.

I’ve been going to this cleaner for over a year now and have decided to write a review because this pas week I had an awesome experience. I dropped off my hubby’s pants and apparently there was some money in them. Ricks cleaners called me back to the store to get it… they could have easily pocketed it and I would have never known but they didn’t. Integrity. Thanks ricks — its nice to know you have honest employees!

DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I took some placemats in, to get cleaned, 4 in total. Two came back clean, 2 came back dirty. The «manager» told me to wash them at home and use Oxy-Clean…HUH? I wanted them to maintain their SHAPE, therefore, I wanted them DRY CLEANED! Also, sent in a pair of off white pants at the same time, they came back dirty! I was told by the SAME «manager» that they didn’t «clean clothes, they preserve them.» WHAT??? The sign on the door says CLEANERS! Sent the pants back for ONE MORE try and they came back dirty again! I asked for a refund and none was given! Told the guy how ridiculous it was that he said that they «preserve rather than clean clothes» and he said he never said it! I know I would never think up the idea of «preserving clothes» on my own! Ended up taking the clothes down 620 to the Comet cleaners next to Subway and guess what? They got them clean! Only cost $ 1 more too! Totally worth it! I will NEVER EVER return to ANY Ricks Cleaners! What a waste!

Ricks have been reasonable good cleaners so far.
It seems that as they have grown there customer service is lousy. I been left several messages over a 2 day period & have not heard back. I can not even get them on the phone all day Mon. I will NOT be using them again.
I do not recommend using them if you need your clothes cleaned in sort time.
They have no way of tracking them & there staff is not at all trained in customer service.
