They didn’t seem to be actually listening when I ordered. I only got half my order and no condiments or my drink. They had to return three times before I had everything. Then, when I got home, it was to find that only one of the food items I had ordered was really edible. Most of the food ended up in the trash. I think I’ll find another Sonic next time I have a craving, even if I have to drive a little farther. Thumbs down.

Best Sonic where I have eaten by far! Great service and AWESOME portions. If you order the Supersonic Breakfast Burrito you will see what I’m talking about. This burrito’s size is as tall as I am! Well, a bit taller!!!

I go here a lot. Its across from my high school. There’s two ladies there I really enjoy. Other than those two, this place is horrible. Last year, I ordered an ice cream cone with my meal and the lady came out with it as soon as my burger was here. I asked her to take it back because I didn’t want it to melt while I was eating my burger. She brought it back in and then an older woman came and threatened to call the police because I sent my ice cream back. I then left. I didn’t recently start going there until this year again. The brown haired female is amazing. I tip her every time I see her just because she is so good at her job and so polite.

I know it’s a fast food restaurant but by far the worst service I have ever received. Manager refused to even talk to me!

Sonic has always been near and dear to my heart because I heart drinks and desserts and Sonic is good at both. On my most recent trip, I stopped in for happy hour to get two drinks, a sweet tea for me and a raspberry limeade for my husband. I took a sip of each before I left and thought that the raspberry limeade was missing some raspberry — it just tasted a bit weak. I pushed the button again and said that I didn’t think it was right, and Sid(I think?) said he’d bring me a new drink right away. He brought it out and told me that they’d recently changed their syrups and that the raspberry wasn’t coloring the drinks as much as it used to so that may be why I thought it was weak. He asked me to take another sip before I left, which I did, and it was a raspberry tea. Oops! He ran back inside and brought me the correct raspberry limeade. He let me keep the raspberry limeade and the raspberry tea, in addition to the sweet tea that I had already received. I appreciated his concern that my drink wasn’t to my satisfaction and his willingness to correct it for me without hassle.

620 exit out of this place is THE worst if you want to go back East!!! Its Sonic. Nuff said. 2 – 4 = happy hour.

Every time my son goes to the orthodontist, it just happens to fall during Sonic Happy Hour — hooray(which takes place everyday from 2pm to 4pm). The service is pretty fast and the food is what you would expect from any other Sonic. Also, I got a hot fudge sundae here and it kicked McDonald’s hot fudge sundae’s butt! ;-)

I’ve always had great service at this Sonic location. The carhops are all very friendly and do a good job. Sometimes, the wait can be a little long, particularly during happy hour. This is mostly due to the fact that the high school is right across the street, and tons of kids and parents head to Sonic right after school gets out. Even when they’ve been very busy, the carhops have always apologized for the wait and had a great attitude. I would prefer to come to this location all the time, unfortunately, the one at Parmer and 45 is closer to my house. I hate that location!
