If there was a way to give zero stars i would. I only eat crunchy tacos from taco bell and this location can’t even get that right. I ordered the 12 pack and they were all just thrown into the box, very poorly wrapped. Broken taco shells, lettuce and cheese all over the box. To top it off, the bottom of the box was poorly fastened and tacos were falling out.

I went through the drive through today and ordered the 3 taco supreme meal and Fiesta potatoes. I asked for«lots of mild sauce» and when I got home I found that they gave me 2 sauce packets for 4 items and 2 of my taco shells were broken. I was not happy with the service I received at this location at all! There was not a long line at all so I don’t understand how my meal was so rushed through and poorly put together.

I ordered cheese quesadillas and bean burritos. They missed a huge step in making them: cooking them. Seriously, I took a bite into a cold tortilla with cold unmelted cheese. I was already to far away to return by the time I noticed so I guess I’ll cook my own food, thanks. Also there was no sauce on it! They even specifically asked me if I wanted the sauce that came on it and I said yes, that’s the best part!

Now I understand this is fast food. I understand it’s fast and cheap and really isn’t supposed to be good. But really. Every time I go here the people are rude and rush me even when there’s not a single other person in line. They don’t smile, they don’t try to even ask how I’m doing or anything. They always get my order wrong, they get snarky t me when I ask them to fix it and even the managers are rude. It’s pretty bad and Taco Bell is my favorite fast food. But really I’m never going back to this one. Never had a good experience.

Rudest service! I have had two bad experiences in the last few months. Don’t rush me through the pick-up line! At least take a moment to ask me if I need hot sauce!!! Don’t snarl at me when I ask!

This TB is close to where we live but I would rather drive to Parmer then to eat here again… not only was my order wrong but the staff was rude to me when I asked them to fix it. The prep guy actually argued with me and he was NOT wearing a headset but instead was pointing to the receipt.(I really do love TB just not this one) I knew to check my order before I left because a few months ago they just gave me a random bag of food but at least then the food was tasty. Between the eye rolling(started at the pay window) and dirty looks I guess they missed the taco with the cheese… it was melted to the wrapper on the outside of the shell. Wasn’t because they were rushing, I know this because it took for ever. The rest of the food was poor and even less safe then normal TB food. Fool me once, shame on you! fool me twice, shame on… the point is you ain’t gonna fool me again. Good bye ghetto TB

So who bothers to review Taco Bell? Me when they piss me off. I’m not gonna review the food because… well…it’s Taco Bell. You know what to expect and you get it. But service? I read the other reviews, and apparently the people who served those reviewers had died. I got in the drive-up line at 9:55pm, and got home with my food at 10:30pm. Not so bad you say, unless you realize I live down the street — literally 2 minutes away. I was the 6th car in the line and it took 30 minutes to get my food. Again — — –Taco Bell??? They don’t cook anything like other fast food joints, they just squeeze some goo on a taco shell or a tortilla. That’s about it.

I love this taco bell. It’s always very nice and clean. My food is always fresh and super good. Plus I have loved Taco Bell since I was a teenager! Best of all they sell Pepsi not Coke!

The people at this Taco Bell are so nice! Sometimes the beans do not taste fresh. Though, that probably happens when you fly through the drive thru at 2 am.

I know I know. Taco Bell? Really Jimmy? Here’s the thing: I understand it’s bad. I understand it’s bad for the environment. I understand their vegetables and meats are bottom of the barrel. But — when you’re really in a hurry, and you want something that’s low in calories, AND inexpensive — you really can’t beat the fresco menu. Everything is under 350 calories. So — this one is my favorite taco bell. Food is always good, never cold, and the service is nice. Only been through the drive through, never inside(like I said, there’s a fast x cheap x lowcal equation going on here).

Messiest, sloppiest Taco Bell evar. Drove through here after a particularly famishing trip to IKEA to get a quick, pre dinner/post lunch(although we had had no lunch) snack. Drive thru line is awkward, there are two windows, the second can’t be seen from the ordering box OR the first window. You know how drive thrus work, gonna omit the fine details. Food came out as ordered, but was incredibly sloppy. Burritos were oozing sauce(and not in a good way) which was messy and somehow, even on the OUTSIDE of the wrapper… and not like soak through, either. My Dr. Pepper apparently had been overfilled and not wiped down before presenting it to me. When we asked for napkins to clean it up, the girl at the window pointed out that there were some in the bag. No, we’re gonna need extras, and lots of them. Sloppy bastards.
