If you’re having a smoothie, don’t fool yourself into thinking it’s «healthy». On the other hand, this place has the deliciously not-so-healthy smoothies as well as some respectable stuff. I enjoyed the Lotta Colada cause that’s just my thing. Sadly, it will only have to be a rare treat between the calories and the $ 4 of a small cup. There are a couple of Acai smoothies that do not contain yogurt so even the healthy group of patrons has a spot. Squeeze does not limit their menu to smoothies though. You can also get your daily wheat grass shot, if that’s your thing. There was also a small variety of snack foods, basic cups of yogurt with some toppings available and, get this, crepes! Yeah, crepes. I watched the girl make one and it looked pretty darn good. Maybe next time. The store is small and cramped, not really ideal for too many folks to hang out. If it’s nice enough outside though, the deck area shared by all the businesses here is an awesome place to enjoy your treat. While I appreciate the business the owner have given IKEA by purchasing a few kid’s items and a bookcase, the store does not have the room to support it. I recommend they just take those items out and add another regular table. If you’re in this shopping center and you’re trying to choose a place to treat your taste buds, but not your waistline so much, don’t bother with that Yo Yos Yogurt place. Just come over here to Squeeze. It’s way better and you might even get away for less money!

I stopped by here after spending quite some time shopping outside at the outlets. I was hungry and I was thirsty so I stopped by Which Wich for a such and then I hopped over next door to Squeeze for a smoothie! The place was small, but bright, clean and cozy. It was my first time there so I was just trying to read the entire menu. They have everything from customized smoothies to homemade yogurts and fresh shots of wheatgrass. I ordered the Freaky Tiki which has kiwi juice, strawberries, peaches and pineapple sorbet. I was offered a free shot and choices varied from extra caffiene to fat burners. The smoothie was FANTASTIC! Cool, refreshing and very tasty. Usually, I’d stop by Smoothie Paradise for a smoothie at the outlets, but I may have to make a trip here to get my drinks from now on!

It’s easy to forget sometimes that one of the benefits of living in Texas is that the smoothie places don’t shut down just because of a little thing like the Holidays. So when we found ourselves in Round Rock on an unexpected but unfortunately unavoidable jaunt to Ikea(where next time I visit I’m likely to stab myself in the eye with an umlaut), I needed some sort fo smoothie fix to keep me going after my trip through the Scandinavian rat maze. Enter Squeeze, a tiny shotgun storefront located in the same expanded parking lot, and though you can’t say that they were slammed(I mean, it *is* December), they were busy enough to be open. It’s a direct competitor to the Jamba Juices of the world, and you’ll find some of the same stuff here: your wheatgrass shooters, smoothies both with yogurt and without, and plenty of fruit juice blended options. I settled for something with raspberry, banana and a variety of other freshness inside, and I was pretty happy with it. Mix in an energy boost and I had enough going for me to bounce around all the way home. Squeezed the joy right out into the open, with a little healthy goodness besides.
