Wow. I ordered one drink and a puppy whip. The person who took my money didn’t even acknowledge that I tipped him a dollar, let alone say«thank you». Then he was obviously irritated when I asked again for the puppy whip that I had ordered. Apparently a 25% gratuity isn’t enough.

Even though this place is always crazy busy, the friendly service & consistancy of how delicious the drinks i get everytime is what keeps me coming back to this one. Even if its out of the way! This starbucks location is definitly my go-to! Im a big frappuccino & latté fan and im never dissapointed! And dont be fooled by the long line in drive thru, it goes by super quick! Best starbucks location by far :) definitly reccomend!

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Exactly what everyone else has talked about already. No indoor seating, only drive-thru and walk-up window. The wait was painful! I was falling asleep 2 hrs into my 8hrs drive to be back to work. So my options were either suck it up, keep driving and might crash and die, or pull over to the closest Starbucks available and get my fix before continue on to my incredible journey. A not so sane person would pick option 1, I’d like to think I’m somewhat sane so I went for the second one and pick this fairly unique Starbucks. First sight I saw: long line for the drive-thru, all the way to the street. Being the naïve person I am, I decided to park my car and go in to order, in this case, walk up to order. Only if I knew better, I would have stayed in the drive-thru line after seeing bunch of people standing outside. So, about 20mins wait in line to put in my order. 8mins for the barista to take my order. another 5−7mins for them to make my drink. An additional 3mins for my drink to be passed to the barista, who couldn’t take proper order, to get to me. All in all, I spent approximately 35mins waiting to get my drink. I timed it knowing I was on a time hack. As if the wait wasn’t bad enough. I thought it couldn’t get much worse than what I have already experience up to that point. Boyyyyy was I wrong. I never got frustrated going to Starbucks, as a matter of fact, it’s one of my happy places. The people there are always so nice and upbeat. Nope! not this one. I almost jumped over that small window and punch… in my own order. The barista who took my order must be new. I know I have an accent, but it cant be that bad to go from«solo» to «soy», NOONE ever questioned me that when they took my order! She had to consult another barista, who was making drink, 3 times, on how to put in my order. What did I order u may ask? a solo grande hazelnut Frappuccino with extra whipped cream! not that complicated! Bottom line is, never again would I come here. I’d rather punch myself in the face to wake my sleepy butt up than coming here!

This location is super slow they don’t even apologize for how slow they are. I’ve waited 20min with 3 – 4 cars In front of me. I’ve waited up to 30min with maybe 5 or 6 cars infringement of me. They also SUCK at making drinks; they somehow manages to screw up my order every single time I go there. One time I ordered 3 different fraps and all three tasted like NOTHING milk because they didn’t add the syrup.

Only 2 cushion chairs here. but its better than nothing. I like this location but on this particular day it was not cool b/c I had to sit outside. there really arent very many tables to sit at, its more«sitting at the bar stool» kinda place. I come here to study and focus. get away from the TV and DVR, Radio, facebook etc. and just study with my happy cup of coffee. This my friends isnt quite that place. It will get the job done but. we want more tables inside! Outisde the pages turn, you need lots of heavy items to hold the pages down you are reading, hold the pages down you are writing on, hold the note cards after youare done. hence the 3 stars :) but the coffee was still good!

This isn’t Atlantic Cities, and therefore not the ideal forum for dissecting the politics of Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz, and whether the chain’s pro-automobile, anti-walk-in vibes at some outlets contradict its efforts at feel-good-liberalism. The complete absence of indoor seating here takes the bias toward drive-throughs one step higher. I won’t blame Starbucks for real estate market realities that encourage this set-up, or for the horrendous cold weather when I visited Round Rock. But they could at least provide a condiment bar at the walk-up area(customization is one of the underrated differences between Starbucks and various random places like Burger King that try to enter the coffee game.) After a cold Texas wind(bizarre) knocked my straw to the pavement I went by the«12 second rule» rather than go back to ask for another one.

Like most Starbucks, the staff are cool and friendly. I’m always in and out of here in a flash, which I appreciate. When I stop by this location, it’s because I am headed to Houston from Georgetown. They feature a walk-up window and patio. I don’t know what it is about this particular Starbucks, but I always branch out and try new drinks here.

This is my regular spot for morning coffee run, it’s very easy access on my way to work. But as others have pointed out, it’s very slow getting in and out. If I have a morning appointment, I will skip this bucks and just get regular old plain coffee at work! I have to say they make a strong brew, stronger than other Starbucks I feel but it’s provably just me haha. Second the recommendation for chai latte as someone else commented!

If this Starbucks had a mascot, it would be the Three-Toed sloth. At a top speed of 10 feet-per-minute, the slot would actually run circles around the baristas here. If you are more of a geology person, picture a massive glacier(with a green Starbucks logo emblazoned on its icy side) flowing and creeping imperceptibly downward and outward. Imagine that you are waiting for this glacier to make you a large latte with an extra shot, and you can understand this location. Imagine now that you are examining a photograph of a Starbucks. The baristas are frozen mid-task. The scene is static and striking for its lack kinetic energy. Surprise. You are not looking at a photograph. You are watching a live video feed of this Starbucks in full swing. Imagine a weathered old Galapagos tortoise out for a Sunday plod. Give him a cup of Nyquil and set him down in a pool of quicksand. Imagine the lightning speed with which this septuagenarian turtle can sprint, and you have some idea of what it is like to stand at the walk-up window waiting for your drink. Let’s talk about stasis fields. A favorite plot device of science fiction authors, a stasis field freezes or suspends time. A million years goes by with no change. Of course this Starbucks is not inside a stasis field. Such an arrangement wouldn’t work, as customers would never be able to penetrate the field to place an order or receive drinks. I have to wonder, though. Let me put it plainly. This location is slow. I was second in line, and I waited(no exaggeration) 20 minutes for a drink. The old saying goes,“Good things come to those who wait.” I waited. I was late. And all I got was a drink that was poor by even Starbucks standards.

Bad customer services. Never been to this location but my other was closed for renovations so didn’t know you needed to tell them how much cream and sugar you wanted. The barista asks if I wanted room for cream I say yes. Then she just stands there for a few seconds looking at me. Finally, with an annoyed attitude, she says«ok?» I say«Oh, I tell you how much? Never been here before.» She huffs and says«what kinda cream?» As if I hadn’t said anything at all. Now I remember why I started going to local coffee shops.

Every single time my wife orders a Peppermint Tea with Splenda, they do not add the Splenda. This has occurred so many consecutive times, that I’ve lost count. This is extremely frustrating. Their order accuracy is by far the worst I’ve never seen.

The speed at this location is much slower plus my drinks werent up to par as i normally like. It wasn’t strong enough. I always order either a French Vanilla latte or a white chocolate mocha, and both times it failed me. I will probably try to avoid this place if i can, which wont be hard granted that there are so many starbucks around.

Best Starbucks around. They have older machines, so their espresso shots are sweeter than other Starbucks, who’s shots are bitter. Great friendly staff, open till midnight(I think), patio.

In some ways I like this location… it’s right next to where I get on the highway to go to work. However, the parking lot is crazy small, gets congested during peak times, the line seems to crawl, and it’s an accident waiting to happen trying to leave the parking lot to get back on the frontage road in that intersection. It’s great if you swing by at 5:30am…no one is there, you’re in, you’re out, you’re happy. My biggest complaint is Sundays. Why are you not open early on Sundays? That is ideally the best time for me to stop as there is not traffic on the roads and I won’t be late for work.

Drive-through green tea lattes on my way to work at 5 am? You have earned yourself 4 stars, my friend. I can’t tell you how much I need that sweet sweet taste of green tea to get me through my morning commute to South Austin. I only have one complaint. I would like the option of adding almond milk instead of normal or soy milk. Other than that, everything’s great. Sure, there’s no inside seating, but I go there for the quick convenience of a drive-through. If you want inside seating, go 1 street south(620) and use the starbucks there. I mean. seriously… 2 minutes to the next starbucks. Come on people.

This location gets two stars for not having an inside seating area right next to a major highway intersection. What were you thinking? I want diesel fumes with my latte?
