I have came here a few times and they have always made my food fresh! The only one bad experience was when they shorted us the extra brisket we had already paid for. They made up for it by replacing it with roast beef which is a lot different. Now we just ask them if they have enough brisket. They usually get the bell each time for doing a good job

My daughter and I eat at Arby’s frequently as it is probably her favorite fast food.(She is 5). By frequently, I mean probably once every 7 to 10 days. We usually go to this location now that they have improved. In the last year, their food has greatly improved as before the roast beef was usually old and dried up and looked like something that had sat out in the sun for a day or two. In addition, it was obvious that they weren’t putting on the proper amount of meat compared to any other location. Nothing was ever fresh! But as I said, that all changed. However, if you go in the afternoon when the guy manager is there, it is the most unfriendly bunch!!! His name, I believe, is Jack. Today, we got there at 4:50. We ordered and when we went to sit at a booth near the door, there were ants on the table. I informed the staff when I went to get my order and they all looked at me like I was stupid and said«oh, ok». I would have thought someone would have done something about it, or at least ACT concerned. Apparently, I’m the only one disturbed by dirty tables and seats that bring ants!!! In the 40 minutes we were there, not one table was cleaned until right before we left when a girl named Rachael came on shift and started cleaning. I told her about it and she couldn’t apologize enough! She was very young and should NOT have been the only concerned! So since Jack was at the counter as we were leaving, I once again walked up and asked if he was going to do anything about the ants. He acted as though he was just hearing about it, and maybe he was? He came out to look and said he would let the mgr know so that pest control could be called. Then was dismissive and tried to tell me it was due to the time of year! I replied by telling him that the ants would not have been in there had the tables and seats been wiped clean of the food left by previous customers and that in 40 mins NOONE had cleaned ANYTHING until Rachael got there.(I made sure to get this poor girls name so that I could give her due credit!!!) he said nothing. He had been there the whole time!!! Makes me wonder what else is dirty!!! Food tastes great until you start thinking about what might be dirty! Such a shame! They had made soooo much right!!! Only to let something so easily maintained ruin it! So sad!!!

While I do appreciate that Arby’s has healthier fast food options, I can’t understand why this is: I asked for my turkey wrap sans bacon, but with an extra slice of tomato. So… they’re saving money on the bacon, right? But, they charged me $.15 for a tiny slice of tomato? Boo.

I have liked Arby’s in the past, but since this store opened in Rowlett, there has not been a single time when I went that they were not out of something. It’ s ridiculous. No salt? No sweeteners? No catsup? No plastic forks or sporks or napkins, or sauce? After about three visits to this store, we had had enough and have never been back since.
