Subway

This is a great Subway. I saw a bad review for one down the street and so I brought the kids here. This one had good reviews. The store was clean and both workers were friendly and very helpful. I was glad I came here. The shopping center is older but this store looks good, the food is good and has great staff. As Subways go this is a really good one. They also had multiple flavors of tea.

I visited this store for lunch and ordered a turkey club with avocado that on the overhead board was $ 5.25. After ordering my sandwich exactly how I wanted it I went to pay and the cashier wanted to charge me .50 more (5.75). I brought it to her attention that the board said it was 5.25 and no 5.75 and she told her manager (I assume) he responded by saying that he will fix it, took the board down, went into the back, and increased the price to 5.75. He came back to me and wanted to charge me the 5.75 instead of the 5.25 that was originally up there. Even though this was just .50 the way this was done really irritated me and I asked him again how much he was going to charge me, he insisted on charging me 5.75, I told him he could throw the sandwich away then I am not going to pay this. He immediately turned around and threw the sandwich away without saying another word.

Subways almost all look the same… the difference is in the people. SOME of the staff at this location are always rude/indifferent…like you are doing THEM a favor. That vibe may be normal in some parts of Dallas, but is very out of place in Rowlett. I have been going to the one inside Walmart (just down the street). Much friendlier, nicer and you can pick some grocery items if you need to.

Pretty good place. the workers there have really stepped up their game and are much more friendly than when i first started going there.

Fast Service, Clean Store, Good tasting sub. I will go back.

Worse in class. Go to firehouse sub or potbelly’s.

Best Subway in town.. but that’s not saying much.
If the «kids» are in – good luck getting your sandwich without having to repeat it a million times or having to wait at least 20 minutes.
And, the price is never the same!
