GOOD chili, good soup, seems they are having the managers work the lobby, have not seen that in this level of food service lately. I like that in a food service business. So this Jason’s gets a solid three from me. Food was hot and good. Have not been to Jason’s in a bit so this was a good experience. Keep up the good solid work.

The staff at this location is very nice. I ordered some last minute catering for a party, and everything was great. The food was on time, and tasted very fresh. The chicken salad was a bit dry, but the veggie sandwiches and wraps were so good. I also would recommend the quinoa and shrimp salad. The restaurant is very clean.

Today I placed an order and paid for it online. The restaurant had no record of it when I went to pick it up. The employee who handled my order was very rude. I had to show her my e-​mail confirmation on my phone because she kept simply denying that I’d even placed an order. Even after she finally saw my order confirmation and believed me, she had to keep coming back to ask me questions about my very simple order (1 wrap). This is the 2nd time that the drive-​through servers have been rude to me at this location. I feel disappointed and disrespected and will NEVER return here! They have lost a previously very loyal customer!

Well I just love this place. I can get the manager special for around $ 8 and it feeds me for two meals. You get a huge half sandwich and chips, and a huge salad that you make yourself. Everything is fresh and organic too! You even get a free ice cream for desert. I live the muffuletta sandwich and the chicken salad myself, but I don’t think I’ve ever had anything bad here.

I love this Jasons deli location! They have the best selection on their salad bar and I have always enjoyed the food I have ordered. I also love the black currant tea, I will often stop by just for a tea to go.

Dine-​in is much better at this location. Only part of the menu is in the drive-​thru. They have usually had friendly customer service and have kept the salad bar clean/​stocked. Cleaning up after customers/​busing tables in a timely manner has been the only issue.

Tried this place after hearing ads about how great they were, I love good fresh sandwiches. I ordered the Club sandwich but on their French bread and let me just say for $ 10.26 I got dried out crunchy bread that was like 5″ long, so much lettuce I couldn’t taste much more of anything, the guacamole had chunks of onions in it which I can’t stand and there was hardly any turkey on it. I was so not impressed and will not be going back again unfortunately.

Someone is always cleaning here a drive thru is fast the food is good customer service is great it’s so busy of course it’s a little bit dirty even though someone’s always cleaning the price a little bit up there but worth it

I love it here. The food is always consistent, the staff are always attentive and kind, and the place is generally kept really clean and tidy. There is always someone at the salad station refilling and it is awesome. No one ever wants to run out of Ranch. Or croutons. Or lettuce!

I ordered a very large order of 15 sandwich boxes at the last minute. They were very helpful in placing the order and delivered without any discrepencies. The food was very fresh and flavorful. I am a huge fan of the spicy gumbo soup. Lots of shrimp. sooooo good.

Love the muffaleta here but today’s experience was off. Tried the salad bar, HAIR in the cucumbers. Told someone in kitchen and he simply picked it off and left. Yikes! Bathroom trash in women’s room overflowing and trash in floor. Maybe just w busy afternoon but there were plenty of employees to rectify these situations. Poor cleanliness!

Decided to give Jason’s Deli in Rowlett a try, since I had a positive experience with a Jason’s out in Arlington. I ordered a California Club, got my dine-​in number and sat down. I figured they brought the food to the table, so I sat and waited for my sandwich to show up, which I figured would not take a long time because they were not that busy. After about 5 minutes, I went to get my sandwich, but I saw other customers being served at their tables. Not a big deal, but when I sat down and took a few bites, I realized I had more bun and lettuce than turkey. Needless to say, I will have to pick up something else on my way home, because I don’t trust asking them to fix this situation. For what it’s worth, the sandwich was not bad, but it will be a long time before I come back to this particular location.

I go to this location about twice a month. I usually get the salad bar or the Cali Club. But today I got Tuna on rye. I died and went to Sammie heaven. I love tuna and I had forgotten how well they do it !!!

As far as I am concerned, this is pure survival food. Most of the offerings are tasteless and forgettable. Pasta and meatballs have a watery tomato sauce Italians wouldn’t touch. During busy times, dirty tables stack up fast. You just have to realize, it is what it is, basically a fast food place.

My boyfriend and I go here for lunch or dinner very often. Mostly before grocery shopping at target or PetCo (Petsmart maybe?). We love it.
The staff is the friendliest in the world! Seriously, everyone looks like they love thier job. They smile and welcome us, they ask us if they can pick up dishes when we appear finished with them. The manager greets us almost every time we are there and makes us feel like we get special service.
It’s always clean, everything on the salad bar is stocked and cold and I don’t think I have ever actually seen a line, but it’s quite busy.
Highly recommended.

Awesome for salad. The kids roam free from unresponsive parents. I dont understand why parents let there kids go free. Other than that, it was good. Rowlett needs to have a cici or a chucky cheese.

The food is great and the fact that they use all organic ingredients makes me happy. I’ve never experienced long wait times or incorrect orders. They make the best muffelatta I’ve been able to find outside of Louisiana.
