Dunkin’ Donuts

I kinda get sad when Sbux and Dunkin can’t get my coffee right, but McDonalds and fancy coffee and tea shops can. We were in a Saturday morning rush, needing to grab supplies at Home Depot and get home, and I wanted a quick iced coffee. It’s simple: sugar free vanilla iced coffee, no other mods. But still, it’s wrong. Went back thru for it to be fixed and get ketchup for their admittedly delicious hash browns, and we got the coffee right, but they didn’t give us the ketchup before closing the window.
Unilocal Help! I’m on a string of bad reviews and I hope the next business/​food/​local experience changes that!

Good coffee. I like regular black coffee and theirs is much better than Starbucks whose is actually quite bad. Breakfast sandwiches are good as well. Donuts could be better, any non chain donut shop has much better donuts and kolaches for much cheaper.

My favorite place to get iced coffee! It taste better than the Starbucks iced coffee down the road and is cheaper. Also love to get the blueberry doughnuts every once in a while too.

This place would be at least half decent if the staff didn’t need a complete overhaul.

The girls there try to rush your order when you are giving it to them which is kind of hilarious because–
When you get to the front window, they get your order completely wrong.
They give you the hot items first and then take 15 minutes to make ICED coffee?!
You order an iced coffee and they give you a hot coffee and then act like you are at fault.
No one knows how to make a Vanilla Bean Coolatta and the girl has to make some guy read a manual/​recipe list?!
They make your sandwhich and when you get home, the entire thing is burnt black and when you return it, the woman says «I have no idea why they gave this to you like this.»
They smash your sandwhich like theyre trying to turn it into a tortilla so the food squeezes out the sides.
You order some sandwhiches and 3 ICED drinks, they give you the sandwhiches and give you one HOT coffee and then when you don’t drive off, the woman cops an attitude and says «What are you waiting for?»
REALLY, lady? REALLY?
You already messed up my ICED coffee with hot coffee and you have failed to give me my other two drinks.
Maybe you should look at the receipt again and check what else you screwed up before coming at me with that attitude.
It isn’t’ my fault you hate your job and if you are that disgruntled, maybe you shouldn’t work at the mic or payment window because you paint Dunkin Donuts to be incompetent, obnoxious and a waste of my money.
How do you mess up this much when there is NO ONE ELSE IN THE LINE and you are not even busy?
We are going to look for another local DD because I hate giving these people money for such crappy service.

This pains me to say… but this dunkin donuts really really really sucks… bad.
When it first opened it actually did really well, but then the management changed (probably the original was a temporary training manager), and this guy just doesn’t know how to make coffee, or hire people who know how to make coffee. Which is sad. I love Dunkin Donuts.
I stopped coming when I had to add an extra shot to everything I ordered because my iced coffee was more milk than coffee. I am not just saying that, I love cream in my coffee, I love sweet drinks, but it was nauseating. It was iced milk. So, this happened twice, twice I went inside after seeing my drink and ordered an extra shot for it, after the second time, I stopped coming. I don’t like black coffee… but I do like a little coffee with my creamer, thanks.
My sister says she came back once and the coffee tasted very «burned». She actually DOES like her coffee black. So, she went to add cream and sugar at the counter, and she said nothing would cover that burned taste and she ended up throwing it away…
I kinda wish I could give it 0 stars.

Ice cream cones were stale and customer service was poor. Go to Brahms for ice cream and Krispy Kreme down the street for donuts

Sorry excuse for a maple glazed donut… donuts are extremely dense and dry and given a very messy and very little covering of maple glaze. Coffee was terrible too. This is clearly a case of employees who do not enjoy or care about what they do and it shows.

The drive-​thru gal sounds like the teacher on Ferris Bueller! Doesn’t smile, works slowly. Acts like someone peed in her coffee. I even mentioned it to the manager the other day and she just gave me a blank look. It starts with management.

Seriously customer service is very poor. Ice cream prices are too high and donuts leave little to say good.

Slow drive threw service. Good donuts. Coffee is ok but I have to add so much cream n sugar.

Is there an option for 0 stars? I live a few miles away and have been here several times hoping that the last was just a «bad day». I’ve come to the conclusion they never have a good day. This is a baskin robins dunkin combo. Today I waited 20 min in the drive thru. I was 1 of 2 cars. A few weeks ago my family went for ice cream. They were out of waffle cones and cookies and cream and chocolate! How does that happen? Every time I have been here something has happened similar to this.

I guess maybe I just get special treatment here or something?! I have never had the bad service noted in other reviews. I struggle to figure out who the boss/​manager is as everyone is so nice and professional!!! Good coffee and doughnuts, lovely iced coffee about half the price of one at Starbucks.

GREAT coffee! I go almost every morning for their coffee. The donuts are good, not great. I generally get my coffee at Dunkin Donuts then go an Asian owned shop down the street for donuts.
The breakfast sandwiches are good and reasonably priced.
The ice cream in my opinion is extremely over priced. I go to Braum’s to get ice cream.
The drive through in the morning needs to step it up. We are all going to work and can’t wait 5 – 10 mins for breakfast.

Always out of donuts, lobby always dirty, rude staff. The manager or district manager needs to stand up and say «enough is enough! «Don’t waste your time, drive to another location or another donut shop. If you’re on your way to Austin, try Round Rock Donuts!

The worst place ever!!! Went through the drive thu and the girl taking our order starting cursing at her coworkers and didnt realize we could hear her. Then she noticed and pretended it wasnt her. They take forever to make a simple iced coffee. Will not go back.

I’ll drive 15 miles to Krispy Kreme before I’ll go back to Dunkin Donuts. I’ve had better donuts from the grocery store.

Let me be the first. You know when your white am the black girl over the speaker talks lower and softer just to piss you off. THAT’S what happened! I had a free coffee and a muffin coupon wanted to UPGRADE and to get a hot chocolate. (THAT’S MORE MONEY DD) While girls can’t hear your mumbles girl. So ya got your free coupon thrown in ya parking lot. Work it out DD.

TERRIBLE customer service, rude incompetent staff, and incorrect orders. I was interrupted about five times when ordering through the drive thru all because the girl taking my order was preoccupied and told me she «couldn’t find the buttons for my order.» (I ordered a simple cheese and egg omelet at noon when no one else was in the drive thru). Upon adding a donut to my order, the girl was even more confused and took a few more minutes looking for my order on her screen. I could hear people laughing and making conversation in the background over the intercom. After telling me the wrong price because the girl didn’t take off the FREE coffee (not to mention my boyfriend visited two days prior and was charged for the free coffee which was advertised all over the building), she handed me the omelet (NOT IN A BAG) and shut the window. Later she came back wondering why I hadn’t left, and I remind her of my donut. She returned with the WRONG flavored donut and shit the window. I was courteous and patient with her, but I felt like an inconvenience and I was very upset my my ten minute ordering process.
