There are two guys who work here who really know their stuff.
Always nice to me, and when I needed an Xbox 360 they hooked me up with a good deal. That means a lot when you are a single parent on a budget.
Nicest GameStop as far as staff in the area.
I see many bad reviews but they deserve better.

Best game stop I have ever been to. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the items they sell and events/​special editions going on. They go the extra mile and are very friendly. The store is very clean and organized. I will definitely keep coming back here.

I came in here to return a product from Christmas and it was past the 30 day window. The staff allowed me to return the toy without any issue. Also, I had to exchange a 2DS that was not working, also past the 30 day window and without the required box needed. Again, she was helpful and friendly with the exchange and I was able to get a new one. When stores allow their employees to make decisions like this AND the employees are willing to help the customer, I’m all in. I will continue to shop here!

This is one of the best GameStop’s in the area! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and I can always go their and get what I need. They have a variety of product from games, systems, gift cards, game accessories to guide books! I always come here because I know I can get the best but with deals every week! Look no further to this GameStop for anything gaming that you would need!

Was looking for a used game at my local store in Rochester. They did not have it in stock, so they called this location which had it available. They asked to have it held for me. After a 30 minute drive I was to, d that they so, d it, they didn’t realize they needed to hold it.
