I can’t complain… although it seems like others can! I don’t do any printing or bulk copying here so I’m truly just reviewing based on shopping here as a customer. I’ve stopped in here a few times for ink, paper and misc. office supplies. They’ve always had what I needed and it was easy to find. Their prices are comparable to most other office stores and they offer a reward program for ink, toner, paper and returned empty ink cartridges. I’ve always had fine customer service although the store is never busy at all. I think it’s easily forgotten in the dead zone of a damn near empty strip mall(minus Kroger).

This place is very slow with printing. I needed six 4 feet banners and it took them 2 days. They did not call to tell me about the delay when I placed the $ 300+ order I was told close of business. That was a lie. I have a business to run with real life deadlines and this Office Depot was to considerate of that. I called them the next morning and they told me that the person who took my order will be in at 1pm and he would give me a call. How unprofessional! They will never get my money again…

If getting copies, ask for Walter. He knows that dept. Inside-out. God my copies, and got the right. Good price and great service! The staff is very helpful in finding what I need. Store has a lot, but laid out well.

I could walk to this Office Depot from my house, but I do the majority of my office-supplies shopping(I run my own business from home) at the Office Max over on John R, when I hit the Joann’s. Why? My number one reason is that the store seems very poorly-organized…I’ve had to stalk up and down several aisles to find something which should intuitively have been in another aisle. The clearance bins up front are usually stuffed with something other than what the bin tag indicates. Their prices are higher than Office Max’s. And for such a gigantic open space, they don’t seem to have the selection that Office Max does. I can’t complain about the parking(hello enormous lot), the staff(never had a problem), or the convenience, but I only hit this place when I have to. IF I already know they have what I need.
