The place is good for breakfast. Pulled up to the drive thru, ordered my food, paid and go… less than 5 minutes. and that’s how you order in a drive thru. I would cut them some slack if it takes a little longer when someone orders 4 full meals with customizations: cheese, no cheese, 2 onions, no ketchup, lol lol People need to go inside for those orders and this place wouldn’t have such a bad review on slow drive thru service. It does get busy because it’s on route 17. Huge parking lot. Right next to wendys to in case you get pissed with burger King lol

The manager there is awful! I observed an interaction between him and a customer– she wasn’t happy because she ordered a cheeseburger but the order was messed up– he straight up asked her«so what do you what me to do about it?» He should of made it right for her. She left so angry. And I had to wait a while for my meal as well. I asked for extra lettuce and they threw lettuce all over the sandwich– I get I got what I asked for???

It took forever for the food to come out and it was cold. Also, the order was incorrect. I will not be coming back to this particular Burger King. I was disappointed cause whoppers should not be done incorrectly with missing elements at a place built by the repetition of that type of burger.

Always come here honestly not a fan of this place anymore the huge parking lot is a plus they just re did the whole inside which is nice also drive threw is usually fast I was trying to get a straw and a worker was just standing in my way doing her own thing instead of being courteous to me the costumer and letting me take a straw she just ignored me and carried on with whatever she was doing and made me wait for her to be done to grab a straw… The play place inside is now gone I feel like there is less seating in here now and the girl at the register well it was self explanatory why she works at Burger King she kept asking after we ordered what our orders were again and she didn’t even give us the right amount of cups when we were getting our cups she also screwed up our order… If u took our order 3x how do u screw it up honestly there is no excuse Amanda thanks for a horrible experience this place has defiantly gone down the drain since the renovations The onion rings were not good at all the chicken strips were hard as a rock We returned the order portion that was wrong and she put it al back to be re sold also which is against the law…

Newly remodeled Burger King right off of rt. 17s in Rutherford. They were closed for a little bit, due to the above stated remodeling and now they have reopened. The interior looks a little bit nicer and more modern than it has in the past. The inside is somewhat cleaner. I’ve eaten here on occasion, taking advantage of their $ 5 whopper Wednesdays and $ 1.4910 piece nugget deal. BK chicken nuggets are pretty good. But, I mostly take orders to go. Pretty standard Burger King service for the most part. Although recently, I saw an employee getting reprimanded by a manager. Thought it was sorta unprofessional to do, on the main floor. Even though it was behind the registers and in the kitchen, customers can still see and I would think it would be sort of embarrassing, for both parties involved, no? Nobody else seemed to bat an eye, so maybe its just me.
