First time ordering from Chopt online and I will never do it again. I ordered fresh squeezed lemon and olive oil and also a dressing on the side. What I got was heavy heavy dressing in the salad and oil and vinegar on the side. Ruined the entire salad!

It is unbelievable and ridiculous that its so hard to find a delicious, quick, healthy salad in so many parts of California.
Nobody here does it like you, with the amazing sharp choppers mixing all the ffresh ingredients together perfectly.

Worst delivery ever! My office has a recurring order 2x a week through Seamless for a 12:15pm delivery. Consistently arrives 2+ hours late! When we call they say the same thing «it is on the way» Awful customer service.

This is fast salad. Our, it would be fast salad if the lines weren’t so freakin’ long. It seems like everyone comes here are you can see why.
I come to Rye Brook to visit family and this is a frequent lunch destination because it seems healthy. Of course, your can put enough junk in to make it unhealthy. But, you feel good about yourself as your address doing it.
Lots of fresh ingredients in general. Many different greens that can be mixed and matched. The toppings are excellent. But, what makes this place different is the chopping
My personal recommendation is that you (1) ask for the dressing on the side or tell them to stop or you will get too much, and (2) watch the chopping like a hawk and tell them when to stop. If you let them go, you don’t get the individual chunks. It isn’t quite a purée of salad, but another 30 seconds will get you there.
I wish that Chopd was near me in Boston. I would be there a lot.

I won’t go back here.
I used to eat here once a week when I worked in Rye
I now work in nyc and came for a visit
I see night and day from the salad prepped for me in other NYC random places vs chopt Rye
*No fresh red onions– only cooked or fried– WTF are u making burger condiments or salads?
*NO Fresh BELL PEPPERS– again WTF
*no shredded cheese– it should be for a place that exclusively serves salad
RUDE STAFF– how can the home of the 15 dollar salad not have service with a smile? Id rather get my salad at chipotle next door– fresh and friendly and cheaper
I regularly purchase custom salads– this is disappointing
Time for a competing salad vender to serve fresh salads with all the Fresh fixings

I love the salads WHEN they get it right. For the second time I came home and did not have any chicken on my salad. This time i called back and asked for a refund. If mgmt is reading this– you need to improve communication between the chop station and serve station. And the refund is just for the meat not the entire salad. If you visit watch your salad the entire way.
UPDATE: management reached out to me to discuss my experience at Chopt and offered me a free meal. I value great service so I changed my review. Again, a great place to get a quick, healthy salad.

Every time I am in the area I make it a point to come here. Fresh ingredients, fast service, decent sitting area. My favorite is any salad with the Panko chicken, adds a delicious semi-guilt free addition to your salad! Also love all the dressing and topping options — the possibilities are endless!

I’m a Chop’t regular. I come here all the time and basically get the same salad: spinach, roasted sweet potato, cotija cheese, black beans, jalapeño, tomato and Mexican goddess dressing. These guys are HARD WORKERS, I could never do their job! Avoid during the week at lunch time: the line is literally out the door. The employees literally chop non-stop until the line dissipates. The food and dressings are always replenished. Despite many of the ANNOYING, rude, obnoxious, self-absorbed customers that come in and rudely demand things, employees STILL are pleasant and have a smile. for the most part! I would have been fired on day 1 if I worked here for ripping someone a new one, so Bravo RB Chop’t staff! You’re awesome :)
The one down side is ordering for delivery. The place is ridiculously busy at lunch, so it’s understandable, but MAN service takes forever. I have waited up to 2 hours for a salad to be delivered 3 miles away

Oh my goodness, this place has a line out the door during lunch hours and is beautifully designed but both times I’ve eaten here I’ve gotten sick! Yuck! What am I missing? Such creative recipes but something is not quite right… or fresh.

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERIES IF MORE THAN 4 MILES AWAY.
My co workers and I ordered salads and our office is 4.2 miles away from the store. We ordered at 10:50am and now, at 2:12pm we have STILL not received our delivery. After calling twice, the only answer we can get is that «it is on its way.» This is absolutely ridiculous, and if they can’t deliver this far away then they should take our town off of their delivery list.

Found this place while wife was at doctors. Thank you Jeanette. This is an awesome place for lunch. Huge salads and delicious wraps. Love the way the many counter persons take great care of your preparation of salads. Always asking if you are satisfied with the chopping method, andsalad dressing. It can get hectic at lunch time, but so worth it.

This was my second time. All fresh ingredients, chopped as you liked. They have tofu, organic chicken and a variety of greens and dressings. This place is crowded all day and it is best to call in your order. They are reasonably priced and you get what you pay for.

One word! Perfection! I travel 6 miles from my job on my lunch break for this salad. Fresh ingredients and low calorie dressing options. The line is ridiculously long around lunch time but I recently found out I can call ahead my order and pick it up.

The only place I will ever order a salad. I usually am not one to spend $ 10+ on a salad, but this place is worth it. They listen to what you want, cater if you have allergies, and go the extra mile to chop it the way you want. There’s always a line for lunch so be sure to call ahead and place your order in so you’re not spending your time in line and not munching on the perfect salad.
I recommend the mexican goddess, with a bit of siracha of kale!

Love this place and frequent it when I am staying in the area. Endless fresh options and customizations.
Not too many salads places around but this is one to get excited about!
Staff could be friendlier and drink machine could be better. Sometimes the drinks don’t taste right like seltzer watet… but I like their idea of the types of drinks.

It’s just plain salad, nothing more.
My don tried plain Caesar salad, which was too much choptd do each romaine leaf was mashed, and croûton was crushed totally,
so that was not crisp and fresh.
And the price was just same as other stores’.
Never will go back.
