The RITE Method is one of the best full-body workout regimes available in Westchester County. As an avid RITE Method’er for the past 11 years, I will unequivocally attest to its ability to strengthen, tone, slim down, stretch, reshape and rejuvenate the human mind and body. The 60 minute class is given in a warm and friendly environment by educated instructors who tailor the exercises to meet the needs of every client. There are no gym machines involved. With the help of a ballet bar, light weights and great music, Jill teaches you how to use your body as its own fat burning machine. Depending upon my schedule, I take the class 3 to 5 times a week. While I’ve consistently grown stronger, thinner, and more flexible(I can actually get in to a full split!), the class never seems to get easier. The instructors will always find ways to further challenge me. My increase in strength and flexibility has also improved my tennis game as well as aiding in the prevention of sports related injuries. Like brushing my teeth, The RITE Method has become a part of my daily routine. It has taken away my aches and pains and replaced it with the«good» soreness of a rigorous workout. I know that my day will alway be a happy one if I start it out«Doing it RITE!»

I’ve been going to classes here for over seven years. It is the best workout because all your muscles are worked in a 60 minute class and that includes wonderful stretching after each muscle group is worked. The stretches feel so good and keep us from getting bulky muscles. I am much stronger now than I ever was. This method helps not only my body, but helps my mind to focus. It’s a hard workout but Jill and the rest of the teachers always change things up and with their patience and good humor make me want to work hard. There is nothing better than a great workout to get me ready to face my day!
