This gym is great if you’re looking for real professional personal training. Ed and the guys here are nothing less than genuine and you can tell they are really rooting for you to reach whichever goals you’re trying to accomplish. They offer pretty good package deals and also help you with setting up a meal plan and workout plan to reach your goals. Due to moving to Southern California I can’t frequent this place as much as I would like :(but whenever I’m in town I always make sure to stop by to either get in a short workout in or just to say hi.
The location as well is in a nice area, very quiet area in the heart of downtown. They have private parking but also available street parking unlike some areas I know. If anyone is looking for a trainer tell them I sent you and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I love working at this gym because I have trainers that actually care about my results and will be honest. This gym has very knowledgable trainers that have a huge variety in different workouts and that give great results. Every time I walk in the gym It always has a great vibe and I know I can get a awesome workout! Overall I would highly recommend working out with these trainers. You will not be disappointed!

This is a great place filled with great personalities and on top of that very smart and educated trainers who know their stuff inside and out! I love when I walk in you feel there is work to be done and you’re there to push yourself to infinite limits. One thing is for sure is that I see change every time I’m in and out of there and it’s change for the better. I’m glad there’s a place like this downtown and in all of Sacramento because if u can commit, ASW will commit to U.
