Ran across this spot on my way to Andy’s Candy store and took a chance. I love this kind of lunch place. I had the basic jumbo burger that was anything but basic. Came loaded with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, cheese and secret sauce. Yummy crinkle cut fries and drink rounded out the $ 8 meal. It’s very clean(including the bathroom) and the people were nice! I’ll be back.

Wonderful food. Great pricing. Giving 3 stars because they gave me 5 nuggets when I ordered one order(8 nuggets as specified on menu).

The burgers here are average with a lot of options. It’s definitely better than any fast food chain I would say but it doesn’t garner anything special. If you’re in the mood for a burger this is definitely the place to go. 4 stars for being good and cheap.

I go here for lunch when I want a quick burger and fries at a good price. The service is quick and friendly. The cheeseburgers are filling and not too big and you don’t have to break the bank. The fries are also good.

Pastrami Cheeseburger combo is really good and reasonably priced for the portions the entire meal cost me about $ 9 which is a steal for lunch in Sacramento these days. The place is clean and staff is helpful. I will be going back soon.

I love a good, cheap eat spot! You can get breakfast for under $ 6! I always get bacon sausage, eggs with hash browns and toast. The burger are good too.

For the location(between 9th&10th on K St), this restaurant is always clean. The owners and employees take pride in it. Some chain burger joints in the nicest of neighborhoods aren’t this clean. The food is always hot. Sometimes the crinkle fries which I love are cooked too crispy. But they’re still delicious. The menu has alot to offer than burgers. I think the secret about this place is starting to get out because at Noon it can be crowded. I’ve never had a problem finding a table though. Make sure to give it a try!

Comparable to the burgers you find at Carl’s Jr. But taste way better. Working in downtown this is probably the best place for a budget lunch. The guy who usually takes the orders is nice and very welcoming. Only complaint is food presentation… But then again I took my order to-go lol

So many regrets. Food: I had a feeling this place was going to be bad, but I really wanted a burger and decided to roll the dice. I watched a few people eating the burgers, didn’t like what I saw, got nervous, and changed my order to the crispy chicken sandwich( ). This wasn’t much better. The lettuce was limp, the bread cheap as you can get, and the sauce was simple mayo. The fried chicken would have been fine if not for the chunks of inedible connective tissue dispersed throughout. To add insult to injury, this meal wasn’t even cheap. The only portion of the meal I somewhat enjoyed were the fries( ). Atmosphere: This place is like the burger restaurant version of a dive bar. Everything has a grimy feel. It also smelled strongly of disinfectant. Most of the clientele seem to be men ages 40 – 60. Service: Not much to report here. Synopsis: Well, I tried it so you don’t have to. You win some and you lose some.

Burger inn is the best place to buy a loaded delicious classic burger and fries for the best value in the downtown area. Always very welcoming and friendly little staff crew behind the counter, very good atmosphere in the place. Anything you order will be good, from breakfast burger to mushroom burger to grilled cheese and hot dogs you won’t be disappointed. Very clean and no weirdos lurking, even with it’s location on k street. The cheeseburger, everything on it, is the best thing to order. The meat juicy and flavorful, the produce fresh the lettuce crisp. Sauce. It’s great. I imagine this is what a crabby patty would taste like in real life.

Small hole in the wall that reminds me of a Pizza Shop in NYC. Interesting that they sell hamburgers. I got the Turkey Burger Meal and ended up spending over $ 10 so the«$» is kind of bull. Good burger, reminded me of Red Robins Teriyaki burger minus the big juicy pineapple. The fries are Ok. Service is self-serve. No big Rave from me unfortunately but I’ll probably be back because they’re convenient and I like to support local business owners. Other than that, I wouldn’t really recommend them.

I’ve been here twice. Tonight I dropped by because I wanted a quick bite before a 6pm Toastmasters contest down the street at at Cal EPA. It closes at 5:30pm, I dropped in around 4:45pm. Location seems sketchier in the early evening work hours. I was approached by two pan-handlers within the three block walk from my office. I ordered a veggie burger with cheese combo. The cashier asked if I minded that it looked like a hamburger. Huh? The veggie burger and fries were served in about five minutes. Nothing exciting about the meal except I was joined by a persistent fly. I guess better company then some men I’ve met. In short, it is a cheap place to grab some empty calories.

I ordered the japapeno burger and shared some fries. Everything was standard, nothing special or upgraded, but altogether pretty tasty and affordable for downtown. If you’re a little short on scratch and looking for something to fill you up, check in the this Inn.

Delishhhhh! Great location, great food, good prices, great customer service, and food made promptly, you can’t beat that. I would absolutely go here again and recommend it to anyone who is downtown and is craving some AWESOME burgers!

The bacon burger was decent. The grilled ham and cheese was good. The fries were awful. Ordered the nacho fries. They had no chili, the onions were dry, and the cheese had no flavor. Even salt couldn’t help. They also charge for a side of ranch. I most certainly will not be going back to this burger place. Sad!

If you forgot your lunch, need a quick meal or you just need to eat this is your place. Service is very quick and prices are reasonable. The burgers are just normal average American fast food type the patty is thin but the fixing’s are nice and fresh(lettuce, tomato, onion). It’s not the type of burger where you need to worry much about the bun failing you, the bun was up for task . I stopped in after the lunch rush and everyone was working on cleaning stuff possibly getting ready for the next day. The place is pretty dam clean. This is my second visit(#4 meal each time) and they seem very consistent even though on my first visit the patty was not fresh and moist.

This is the single worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. American cheese should be against the law.
