Daniel Auman – Farmers Insurance

I have been a client of Dan and his team for nearly 2 years and am consistently thrilled by their prompt, thorough care. Dan scheduled a visit at the end of our first year working together to go over my policies and how I can save money or add things that may benefit me. I am glad he did; a program he introduced to me for windshield care ended up saving me hundreds of dollars due to a giant crack I needed to have repaired. I was blown away by their care! From day one they have been amazing; I don’t ever feel like a faceless consumer. Getting the windshield replaced was soooo easy. Dan referred me to Chris Strubbe from Midtown Auto Glass and I was not disappointed. Chris contacted me before I even had a chance to get ahold of him; he was so patient with the chaos of my little family. Trying to coordinate time for the replacement and curing time was difficult because my fiancée and I share the car, but Chris was flexible and kind. Dan’s referral was perfect! I will be working with him and his team for a very long time.

Myself and my family have been using Auman Insurance for over 15 years. If the previous person who wrote a review would have just listened instead of being cranky, she would have been taken care of. They are on top of things like no other company I have done business with. Currently, collectively, my family is insuring 6 cars with Aumen, 1 house, and 3 renter’s policies.
Unfortunately my daughter had a fire at her apartment a few years back that was a total loss, and someone was there immediately to write her a check for a place to sleep. They then followed up, stayed on top of things, and she was able to start over.
My husband was rear ended and the driver tried to claim that he was at fault? I know, crazy. Dan was on it. He assisted my husband to get the whole mess taken care of and stayed on top of things until it was resolved.
I am, like most people, very busy. I am confident that when I call Dan’s office and drop business in his lap, it is taken care of, and I have one less thing to take care of. I also have a business that deals with International Relocations. I send ALL of my clients to Dan knowing that they will be cared for as well as if I were taking care of things myself.
I don’t give referrals lightly, as they are a reflection on me, but my experience with Auman Insurance has been A+ across the board.

Outstanding customer service, top notch industry knowledge, a commitment to getting the best solution in place quickly… these are the qualities Dan and his team exhibit which have led me to move all of my insurance products over to Farmers.
On top of that, the sincere personal touch they add to their service makes it a pleasure to work with them.

I called to talk to an agent (Daniel Auman) he was unavailable so I asked to talk to ANY AGENT the girl that answered the phone said she could help me. I told her I needed to talk to an agent because I have specific questions only an agent would be able to help me with. Again she said she could help me. Meanwhile she is asking all of my contact info name phone number etc. So I said, I just want to talk to an agent if you dont have someone available to speak with me, please let me know because I will just call someone else that is avaiable to answer my questions. After getting the run around from her it finally came out that she was not an agent she was just going to take my info and have someone call me back because no agent was avaiable. How annoying. She wasted my time just to get my info. I hate that.

We’ve been with Daniel Auman since August 2004. We insure 4 cars and our home. Dan and his assistants are fantastic! They’re very quick to help, very personalized service. They make us feel like we’re well known, yet we live 300 miles away and have never set foot in their office. I agree with others, Dan is honest and makes us feel that he is looking out for our interests. Plus, he’s a nice guy. I recommend Daniel Auman Insurance without hesitation.

We’ve been with Dan and the girls for about 2 ½ years now. Started out just as renters insurance clients, then they told us how much we could be saving if we switched our jeep auto insurance and how we would get a discount for having 2 accounts covered with them. Then later we decided to add another vehicle to the family and also group it with our other accounts. They have always been so awesome about faxing info to various places for us, and always there to not only answer but to explain our bill and different coverage plans to us. We moved out of the area about 2 years ago, and of course stayed with them. We love the convenient on line payment option too. Thanks guys.

I’ve posted a review once before, but I can’t help but post another. My husband and I traded our RV in for another and had to show proof of insurance to the RV storage. Well first of all, changinig out the old with the new RV was absolutely effortless, and then to have them immediately fax or email proof was literally done in no time. Honestly, the service they provide me makes me wonder how they have time for anyone else… they are SO personal in their service. The greatest group of insurance family ever! Fabuloso!!!
