Forever 21

My friend and I walked to the store during our lunch break. The store is closed.

This place is having a giant sale so I went in to go check it out.
The store kind of resembled a 10 year old girls bedroom today though. Clothes falling off of the racks and everything was super out of place. There were so many things in random places that it was hard to tell which sales were which. Isle ways were also blocked all over the place and isle ways blocked. To top it all off, the clothes here are usually one or two time use before they shrink and rip in the washing machine.
I would rather save my my money and go somewhere that has better quality clothing.

I love this clothing store. There are constantly new articles every time I go. There is a large range of styles from sporty to girly to bohemian and too many others to name. Everything is decently priced and you can find incredible deals like leggings for $ 3 and tanks for $ 1.90 in a rainbow of colors. They have a lot of sizes too which helps because some places don’t have sizes for my big booty lol. I could spend hours perusing the store because I always stumble across unique pieces. There are shoes, bags, jewelry, and all kinds of other accessories as well. This store located in what is left of the Downtown Plaza has a better selection than other Forevers and is more organized probably because fewer people go here. The cashiers are always friendly. I cannot walk out of this stores without buying something.

Does only small size girls shop here? Every time I come to the store (very rare nowadays) I can never find medium or large size on all the items I like. What’s up with that? Only small and extra small. And not only that, it looks so packed it is not comfortable to buy there. The only thing I like: the earrings. Oh well, my mistake for coming after having the same issue several times.

Next time, you guys need to be more specific on the «return policy» for online orders! One lady told me I can exchange online with no problem, but now they’re sending my money back & not the dress I ordered! I’m so mad because when you work somewhere like that, you’re supposed to know those things! Wasted my money to return because I’m gonna have to buy it again, but I don’t know if they’ll have my size so thanks! For nothing

This forever21 in downtown is alright organized. I edited this twice because it was in two different locations lol. There once was a employee sales associate who handled some clothing with an aggressive attitude and doesn’t have much knowledge. She ripped a fringe crop top and placed it at the back of the rack, very unsatisfying!

This is one of the baby gidget’s favorite stores. They always have great sales and deals going on and everything is reasonably priced… which I appreciate as a single mom to two teens! Customer service is always spot on as well!
The only thing I do not like about this store is how crowded it can be because of the amount of things they have in the store as well as the number of people shopping here sometimes. However, it is still well maintained and tidy.
For those who are bustier or curvier, they do carry a limited selection of «plus size» clothing, so this is a plus when shopping here as well!

I love this forever 21! I actually prefer it to the Arden store, even after Arden’s remodel! This particular location definitely feels like it has less clothing than the Arden store does, however, it’s so much easier to find items. 90% of the time I find something adorable within five minutes.
Another plus is there is never a wait for the fitting rooms. There’s always an employee back there to assist customers. There is also hardly ever a long line for the registers. The staff is extremely friendly and more than willing to assist. Best location in Sacramento for sure! :)

This is really just an okay store, as far as Forever 21’s go. They seem to have about half the selection of other stores, but you can still find some good deals. I have found lots of cute basic dresses here for anywhere from $ 9 – 27. The jewelry is cheap, but, I mean, it’s cheap price-​wise, and is actually pretty durable as far as cheap jewelry goes. If you just need something for one night to match your outfit, this is probably the best place to go.
Since this store is so small, even with only half the selection of a regular Forever 21, they really have to pack it in, which makes it kind of hard to shop here. You almost need a second person to hold your stuff while you try to make room between shirts to find your size on the rack. They are not the cleanest, or the friendliest, but they’re also not overbearingly dirty or rude. They basically get the job done.
Something is weird with the lighting in this store. Maybe it’s because I used to manage a very similar store and I’m obsessed with lighting but, this location kind of hurts my eyes.

I work right across from this store, and the reason I love it so much is because they have insanely low prices for their leggings and camisoles. The employees are always nice and helpful, I even asked a workers opinion about a shirt and she was very honest and open, which definitely helps when you’re shopping alone. This store was basically closed one night but they let me in to buy a brush which I desperately needed that day, they could’ve easily turned me away but they saw no problem with my small purchase. Only downfall is that sometimes their selection isn’t what I’m looking for (cropped tops and pleather isn’t really work appropriate for me) but I always come in often to see what’s new since they’re always getting new inventory.

This Forever 21 is very well organized, much better than Arden Mall’s.
Most of the time, I would walk in seeing clothing that I usually don’t wear, UNTIL I search through the racks carefully and then I find crop tops and etc that you can’t catch unless you’re digging through the racks. Maybe I’m just lazy and expect a certain area for crop tops haha, but seriously! I also notice that they organize their clothes by colors? It’s kinda cute.
They close around 6 pm on Sundays, what the hell right? But it’s not just Forever, it’s basically the entire plaza…
Anyways, if you wanna find crap you can’t find at Arden, come here for a very neat Forever 21!

I don’t know why I am even writing this, like anyone that works for Forever 21, will care… but for the fellow Unilocalers, fyi: These we the rudest girls I have ever seen!
One of the girls (they can’t be over 21 themselves) yelled at a customer for trying to get a dress down herself with the pole/​hanger graber thingy…
only problem, she yelled at them while standing next to me… Thanks for the instant headache. Next time take your lazy you know what over and ask the person nicely to let you help them. Instead of yelling, «HEY you can’t Do that!». From 15 feet away.
I actually asked this employee for help getting a dress down, BIG mistake. She was a total B about it, rolling her eyes, sighing when I asked for a Medium and a large.
I won’t be back, if I need a club dress from now on, I’ll just head over the Arden!

This place is sooo LOUD! I understand that all the F21’s are like this but oh my, I could not even hear what my friend was trying to say to me and she was right next to me. Besides the loud music, the customer service is horrible. I hate that they only talk to you when you talk to them. Customer service is very important to me and I know what core standards each store needs in order for customers to return happily.
…so I went on a random day looking for a dress to buy. The products are waaaayy overpriced for it being made in CHINA. Looked around for a bit and I noticed a dress that I thought looked nice, tried it on and it was a bit too tight. I asked a sales lady if they carry any bigger online, and she goes, «sorry, we just don’t make it in your size…»
Like…Really?
I know they have a F21PLUS in the Galleria, but thats just too far ad the plus size clothes are too big! She could of gave me more options as to get a bigger size… It was not necessary for her to be so rude! I was shocked and walked out. Don’t think I’ll ever come back to this F21…

Every time I walk into any Forever 21, I feel like I’m shopping in a closet. (It’s worse around the holidays!) The clothes are never neatly organized and you really have to dig through their clothes to find something cute. Although, they do have a huge selection of styles — it’s just not my cup of tea! I use to be a fan of this store, but not after I started to realize my clothes from here are falling apart after a couple times of wear. I do give this store a chance every time I’m at the mall, but most of the time I’m walking out empty-​handed. When I do find something I like, they’re always out of my size! On the plus side — they do offer inexpensive clothes that are affordable for high school /​college students!

MADE IN CHINA… POOR QUALITY… SEAMS TEAR AND FALL APART. DO NOT WASH OR RUIN… CHEAPLY MADE.

I guess I just Do Not understand why anyone would want to support a company that is soo damaging to our earth by making such large quantities of cheap crap. There factories in China actually would rather pay a fine to the Chinese government for breaking environmental laws then actually fixing there factories problems.
Not to mention Forever 21 steals ideas from other designers. They send photographers and such to fashion weeks and after seeing stuff on the runway, they can have it in EVERY single forever 21 store within 6 weeks, FAST FASHION is nothing to be proud of owning.
Try going to a local boutique or a consignment store (Sugar Shack, Fringe, Goodstock, Heart Boutique, French Cuff) or the goodwill Boutique.
You would be surprised at the sale racks in boutiques, not only do you get designer clothes at unreal LOW prices but you also support an independent store owner in our own economy, not China’s economy.

Why are they always out of size medium. Does every average size girl in Sacramento shop at this location and all the small and large girls go to the Arden Mall? I never knew.

Forever 21 is one of my favorite stores to shop. It’s not the best store, but it will do. I mainly come here to snag a good deal. Their clothes are always in style and it’s for a decent price. Their material however, isnt the best. The saying «You get what you pay for» is true. Most of the items that i buy here gets ruined or faded easily after washing your clothes. Going out to party or club? They have some great deals on dresses. They also have clothes for men here which are tight fitting clothes. Accesories here are also sold, but again, not the best material. Other than that, the prices are decent, keeps you instyle and really makes you feel «forever 21»

I used to consider this location little better than shopping at a rummage sale. The clothes were cheap and cute but the service sucked and the store was a mess. I’d taken to shopping mostly online just to avoid having to go into their stores. Looks like things have changed.
The last few times I’ve been in here, the store has been merchandised and there were employees racking and keeping the place neat. I was asked by every employee I encountered if I needed help with anything, and one employee noticed the mountain of clothes over my arm and offered to start a fitting room for me. The fitting room attendant was attentive and helped me find a different size in something.
I found some cute new summer clothes and I’m stoked.

I spent a lot of time yo yoing in front of this store front during the duration of the Yo– Yo State Championships so I figured, why not stop by?
The place is teeming with clothes, misplaced price signs and it was really unorganized. Many of the clothes were on the floor and the jewelry was a mess. I felt as if the store was going to burst at the seams from the large quantities of clothing. The variety of jewelry was something I became fond of, but when I went outside to grab my wallet to purchase a set of rings they didn’t have them anymore. For some reason a lot of the items were on sale from shoes to coats, they were pretty cheap but nothing really worth buying (the usual).
So I left with a pair of tights, basics never do you wrong. The displays are actually very nice at this location and they even wear shoes. Get your workers to clean up a bit, it’s really messy here.
