Came here today after running errands. The line was ridiculous for being 10:00am. But, realized it is because it’s all you can EAT pancakes! My waitress came: Donna.
Got my coffee cup, but it had lipstick on it! Ughhh
Had to revise order, wasn’t done correctly. She got upset and never saw her again.
Oh well, won’t be here too often.

Had the bacon and blue Cheeseburger meal. Fries were warm and soggy, burger was overcooked and dry. For 10 bucks, I could’ve gotten a decent burger at a gazillion places elsewhere. 1 star for food, 1 star because waitress was really nice and helpful. I don’t think I will be back.

No different than all the other ihops around the country. There was a very long wait to be seated even though there were several open seats in the restaurant. The hostess was also doubling as the waitress and cashier which probably contributed to the extreme inefficiency. I am not sure if it’s just that day but won’t come to this location solely for the inefficiency.

The food here is great, but they always seem to be short staffed. The place will be packed and there will only be 2 or 3 servers at the most. This has been the case the last two times I’ve been here. The second to last time I came here the only time we saw our server was when we ordered, I even asked to speak with the manager. Then today we went only because I was craving their banana nutella crepes. Again the server asked if we were ready, which we weren’t. 10 mins later he still hasn’t returned. I even called Denny’s to see if they make crepes (I’m pregnant and that’s what I’m craving). Which they don’t. Few more minutes without seeing our server and we left. Went to Denny’s ordered our food and are now eating within less time then we did just waiting for our server at ihop. Don’t waste your time or money here!

The service is very slow. There are no words to describe how slow. Slow to actually order and even more waiting for our meals. I get that late night is more «chill» than during the day, but that is no excuse for the amount of time that has passed. I got my meal and it didn’t come with everything it was supposed to come with. Disappointed for sure.

This IHOP is awesome. The food and service is great. Kudos to Aaron! He customized my order how I wanted it and it came out delicious.

Went for breakfast. Only like 6 tables taken. Low staff. 2 at counter chatting together. One very nice guy waiting the tables & a manager. Waited 10mins to get asked drinks. Waited another 10mins for our order to be taken. Tried to flag down someone for 15mins to get a spoon we weren’t given any with the coffee or being seated had to get up and ask. 20mins later our food came. Mine was okay. My wife’s was nothing but the juice from the berries on the dry crepes. She exchanged it for pancakes after waving someone down for 10mins. Then we just gave up and left the manager didn’t even try to offer a discount or apologizing for all the problems we have had. Never again!

Came here today for brunch. I never really like going to this place cause I don’t feel like the food is authentic compared to going to a mom and pop spot for breakfast or brunch.
I was surprised by the service soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated. (score because I was so hungry) downfall was the seat had syrup on it. I ended up sliding or attempting to slide in the booth just to get stuck on syrup all over the back of my leg.
Lucky I wore yoga pants and it was after a run at the park.
The food was eh. I don’t get why everyone loves the pancakes. I felt like they fell apart when I stuck my fork in and really had no taste. My bf liked them maybe I expected more since they are called the house of pancakes.
Welp the service was great the food not so great. No wonder I don’t go to this place for food.

Slow service flies everywhere inside flies on our food flying around we were seated 15 minutes before the people next to us and there food came sooner what a bummer will not come back we should have went to flap Jacks nearby terrible place

Unfortunately, my family found previous reviews correct. The service was horrible. The following occurred:
1) the waitress did not write down our order. If the order was for one person, no problem. However, we were a party of five people.
2) because the waitress did not write down our order, two food plates were incorrect. The food had to be sent back, because the eggs were cooked incorrectly.
3) one person ordered from the gluten free menu, because they have Celiac’s Disease. When asked, the waitress did not know if the eggs were gluten free. That happens from time to time. However, the majority of wait staff would have gone into the kitchen and asked the chef for correct information. Instead, the waitress did nothing and the person did not eat eggs.
4) the waitress then ignored our table after giving us our food. We had to seek out other waitstaff to get water and coke refills.
5) when the bill arrived, it was calculated incorrectly.
My family will not be going back to this restaurant.

Service was straight ASS, explains all the flies everywhere. Wish I had four hands to give this place four thumbs down #UNITY #ImRickJamesBitch

Had great expectations but sadly we found the wait time, service and check out counter unattended. Our food was sub standard. Bacon is paper thin, pancakes were tuff and eggs were small. I ordered cranberry juice and it was served warm. Very disappointed. …

I usually love I hop but don’t go here beret often tonight I came for convince of being able to say for a long amount of time little did I know it would take 20 minutes to get a drink order and I had to flag down the busser to get said drink order then there was another 15 minute wait to get my food order in the server was really nice but my food wasn’t the way I ordered it he appoligize but didn’t do anything to make it right not very happy

We sat at our table unnoticed for 7 minutes. When a waitress came over she greeted us with «oh I’m just getting your drinks. Your server should be over soon.» When she returned she noticed the server hadn’t ever come over so…“well I guess he’s too busy. I guess I’ll take your order“
Normally I wouldn’t be too annoyed at this situation but we were one of 6 tables in the dinning room with 5 servers walking around.
Food was mediocre but oh well. Won’t be back to this location.

I’ve been here three times in the last month and had pretty good to excellent service every time.
The one time that I ordered endless shrimp, the waitress was super attentive in coming back around and checking repeatedly to see if I wanted more shrimp.
I’ve never had a problem with the food, and enjoy the small size of this particular location.
(Parking is kind of weird, though.)

I am ever-​so guilty of being in gluttony over a fat stack of pancakes so believe me, I know IHOP. I have always loved IHOP, in fact, I found it hard to believe that I couldn’t compare the pancakes here to anywhere because for some reason, they are so delicious and not expensive at all. iHOP has the best pancakes (period).
Now, that is about all they have going for them because everything else tastes like what my mind would consider prison food (if I had ever tried it) and everything tastes the same. This is the spot you go to when you just left a friends birthday party and she was serving a «gluten free» buffet. Or you wake up early and want to go back to sleep for the rest of the day. All of that doesn’t sound so bad. So what the 2 stars? Well, it’s the service. The service here has been unsatisfactory. The staff will come in from smoking a cigarette and refill your coffee stinking like smoke (thanks, I have no self control but you made sure I lost my appetite). That seems to be the only refill I ever remember getting here. The staff practices poor hyegiene, winkled shirts, smoking cigarettes in between taking orders dirt infer their nails… It’s honestly disgusting. I have been to other locations that were not like that at all but at this one, you can count on it. What do you think the back of the house looks like, you know, the people making our food? Because I would rather not know the answer to that question, I will not be returning to this location, ever.

Well right off the bat, I should admit that I came in annoyed after having gone to another IHOP that had lost their power, yet didn’t think to notify any of the customers. I only knew because I was in the front and heard what was going on.
Walking in, I could already tell service was gunna be meh. No one was at the front, me and my bf were behind a group that was already waiting. Finally saw someone peek over at the front area after two more groups came to the front (not being greeted or having anyone up front). Once we were seated, service was kind of slow. Server was very nice but it just took a while to get things. I’d still come here, but wish service would improve… would enjoy my visit more that way
Also, you’d think IHOP would get some new shit on their menu? It looks the exact same way it did from when I was like 8 or 9

I’ve got to be honest here, its difficult to give these popular themed restaurants a high rating simply because the food is so predictable. Just as we all know what KFC chicken tastes like, a McDonald’s Big Mac tastes like, and a Subway sandwich tastes like, the same can be said with IHOP’s standard food.
From the outside, this looks like a very modern, updated IHOP restaurant. Its as uninspiring as the new logos that many companies are using these days. I miss the old school classic IHOP look complete with the distinctive sharply-​sloped blue roof. This location basically looks like they put a bunch of stucco treatment while trying to be as futuristic as possible. In my honest opinion, its an epic fail in all respects.
I am actually on their e-​mail list that I signed up years ago and received a «Happy Birthday» coupon where I can choose ANY item off of their menu priced at $ 8.99. I was thinking to myself, «cool — free breakfast!». I actually come here by myself a week before my actual birthday to redeem this coupon. As it was a busy Saturday morning, the entire restaurant is filled with customers chowing on their pancakes, eggs, and several other items.
As I am immediately seated, the waiter takes my order and I choose their «Simple & Fit Vegetable Omelet» with a side of fresh fruit as my free meal of choice. Since I knew I was meeting up with some friends for a big lunch only four hours away, I decided to keep my breakfast as light as possible. And at only 330 calories, I wouldn’t feel at all guilty eating this meal. The omelet itself comes complete with egg whites, fresh spinach, mushrooms, onions and Swiss cheese while topped with diced tomatoes. I also choose the side of seasonal mixed fruit that included mainly grapes and watermelon chunks.
My breakfast is brought out in about 8 minutes as is delivered as expected. Nothing fancy about the food except consistent flavor. I definitely had to spice up my omelet with Tabasco sauce and pepper since their «Simple & Fit» meal lacks any good flavor with the egg whites. However, everything tasted fresh as I won’t complain on what would be a $ 2.00 meal (after tax).
All in all, IHOP won’t be going anywhere. Just as them and Denny’s own the chain-​breakfast market, they will always have a large customer base of all ages. Everything that ranges from the old folks eating their pancakes in the morning to the younger crowd that indulge after the bars close up, IHOP will definitely be that go-​to spot. However for me, I won’t be seen here that often.
