Pretty much on par with other Jack in the box, I give low stars because I have been to this«24 hour» location on several occasions and they say they are closed. We have Carl’s Jr. & McDonalds that are 24 hour right up the street and I’ve never heard that they were closed, ever.

Yup this is jack in the crack. overall two back to back bad experiences here. first they get my oder wrong. second they have my fries upside down so they were all over my bag. and when i receive my burger it looked as if they put no effort into making it, nothing was aligned. it looked as if they purposely squished my burger. the bread was also burnt. forgot to mention the rude presenter on the drive through. would not recommend.

These guys take the fast out of fast food. Pulled up to the drive thru, after 5 or so minutes I shouted, «hello?». Finally someone answered. I ordered. Took at least another 5 – 10 minutes to get my order. I was the only car in the drive thru.

The only reason I’m giving this place two ‘s is because I love Jack, but it really deserves a one. After asking what came with the breakfast combo and then requesting one the cashier put my order in a sandwich only, then seemed perplexed as I ordered a coffee to go with it, but it doesn’t end there, I was given fries after I had that whole conversation about hash browns being part of the combo. To make matters worse I had ordered the new enchilada taco which came without any of the toppings found in the picture. I know it’s fast food but as low as the standard is for fast food you still expect them to make your order correctly. Please see the photo of the taco to understand my pain.

This is my favorite Jack in the box, the drive thru is usually run by a manager or other competent person which is rare at fast food restaurants. Jack in the box is cheap and good, I never leave without at least one order of two tacos for a dollar. My favorite thing to get is a jr bacon cheeseburger for 1.49 and SUBSTITUTETHEBUN for sourdough for only 30 cents, basically getting my favorite, a sourdough Jack which normally costs like 5 bucks. I only order off the value menu at any fast food restaurant because that’s the whole reason I go there for cheap food. Jack in the box has one of the largest value menus and they change their prices much more infrequently than other places.

This place blows! Even for a Jack-in-the-Crack, it just sucks. The good: Employees are usually very friendly when you come inside wondering why the food you ordered in the drive-thru is not in the bag they handed you. The bad: You will most likely wait FOREVER in line at the drive-thru. Like 15 min or more. Your order will most likely be wrong. Not just a little off, but completely wrong. God forbid you ask for something as complicated as no mayo!(Trust me… your burger is GOING to have mayo!) They seem to forget the little things like napkins, straws and your food! The girl at the drive-thru window will most likely have long unkempt nails that make you worry if she handled your food. Now, I get that it’s just fast food, I do! But C’mon people. This is not fast nor food(when they don’t put it in the bag!) BTW: I’m speaking from multiple experiences, not just one bad one. :(

On my way to Sacramento back to San Francisco, I stop when my stomach start growling like a dog, a hungry dog. I stopped at this«Crack in the box», like critic calls it. The place was not really that busy. A gentleman comes to help me and he just stares at me, so I make the first move. I asked for a couple of my fav sandwiches. The guy never greeted me, never said thank you or welcome or come back soon. I am not sure how employees are trained these days. Worst of all, he gave me the wrong order. Can you imagine? a guest is in a hurry. Obviously a person goes to a fast food joint and expects food somehow quick, but get the wrong order? …and what do you do? you have to eat it. Attitude should definitely needs to be taken care of at this establishment.

I found the employees very friendly and the service pretty good! It’s everything you expect out of a «Jack in the crack» or «Yack in the box.» My friends would come here for«grease explosions» since you get two for one dollar(tacos silly) LOL.

Great service and food. I traveled all the way there from El Dorado Hills because the other 2 near me weren’t open when they were supposed to be.
