McDonald’s

Staff in the drive thru were so pleasant today AND the other day! They actually paid attention to me in our time together and we’re kind. This is a wonderful thing to see happen in the world today, in my eyes! Thank you, McDonald’s staff! It was noticed and so appreciated!!!

Just called to speak to the manager about some problems with the drive thru. I no longer wonder why this location is having so many issues after dealing with one of this McDonalds managers. I was rang up incorrectly and their menu prices did not match what I was rang up for. Called and was offered no help. Nothing but excuses. Argued with me. Mcpick is 2 for 2.50. Menu price states Mcflurry was 2.09 look at my receipt is also posted to help. I was charged 1.59 each for one mcchicken and one mcdouble. And 2.99 for the Mcflurry. Total should have been 4.96 and I was charged 6.77 McDonalds basically stole 1.81 from me. Check your receipts before you leave. Management refuses to address issue.

Don’t believe the crappy reviews about this McDonald’s, it’s just as normal as any McDonald’s in the world and their daily doubles are actually really well made and tasty.

I rarely eat out do when I «splurge» I get really excited. Needless to say my excitement was short lived. My fries were super soggy and some were still raw tasting … My chicken nuggets tasted like really strong fryer grease and my cheeseburger was the worst McDonald’s burger I have ever had… Ended up throwing away over half my order. I am so disappointed and upset. I love mcdonalds but this was so bad it prompted me to write my first Unilocal review. Avoid this location and hit the one on auburn and greenback!

I’m the only in line at the drive thru, my order was taken, then dead silence for a long period of time. Next guy pulls up to next menu, orders on goes on through ahead of me.

Kids needed to use restroom so we stopped in. Bathroom was for guests only so we ended up picking up some food. The staff buzzed open the women’s bathroom, but my toddler wouldn’t go with mom to the bathroom because he’s «not a girl». Happily the girl went back behind the counter to buzz open the mens restroom for us. She was very helpful and understanding, and genuinely cheerful. We decided to eat there. This McDonalds was remodeled, so even better. The restaurant itself was very clean. The girl who helped us had been sweeping the dining area before she stopped to help us. When we left, she opened the door for my son and took the time to say bye to him. She obviously takes pride in her job and takes the time to give every customer good service, no matter the age. Went in not expecting anything, came out impressed.

I just went through the drive through and waited 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me there. Great service…

Horrible customer service, and very dirty…
I’m sorry to say that there is literally not one good thing about this McDonald’s.
Something definitely needs to be done about this place.
What they really need is more employees

2 cheese burgers no meat come on you have one job. And forgot a mcdouble wost McDonald’s i ever been to and will never go there again. Warning more homeless people inside than out side got asked for money by 3 differt people get it together

This place sucks. They always try to put your food into a meal and charge more. Today I ordered a cheese burger with fries and soda. I was over charged and given two burgers with fries and soda as a meal. So now I’m throwing the other burger I paid for away. Since I’m sick of arguing with these people every time I come here about what I want and how they ring in it so I’m sad to say I think I’ll just stop coming here all together. I’ve had their employees tell me they are trained to put everything in a meal… I didn’t order a meal. This happens every time. Avoid the rip off!
They also let bums hang out in the lobby and parking lot. Eww gross! Appetite. Lost.

Terrible McDonalds. The customer service was the worst ive ever had and the man that was working didn’t understand a thing i was saying or trying to explain. Never going there again

The food is always fresh but every time I actually go inside there are homeless people that are using the outlets or just sitting in a corner with a pile of their possessions. Wish I could give more but the homeless and panhandling have to go.

Good food for a mcdonalds. we have eaten there quite a few times and they only got our order wrong once. Often very slow service after 10pm and long lines… But still a better mcdonalds than most.

One of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I give every restaurant I go to 3 chances and this one failed all three times. 1) they can NEVER get my order right. 2) the food tastes as of it has been cooked, froze, and reheated. 3) the fries are not fresh, EVER and they are always half full! 4) I always have to clean my own table if dining inside.

They let two cars go ahead of me in the drive thru, didn’t get back to me for 5 minutes. I backed out of the driveway will not return here.

It’s a McDonald’s. Nothing special. They did recently do a whole makeover on the building… looks better than it did before. Apparently they forgot to rebuild the kids playground area, but that’s no biggie for me. The drive thru is 2 lanes that merge together, I’m not sure if that actually makes it faster food or not, but it’s usually quick enough for me. The «voice» at the drive thru can be rude and short at times, but staff there is friendly for the most part. They have gotten my order wrong many times. I always check the bag before I go.

Looks like all McDonalds had a major make over except for the menu. LOL! I must admit that I prefer the «Steak Burrito» than the usual «Sausage Burrito» that they offer. Too bad they’re not serving the «Steak Burrito» anymore.
I agree with Kae, it’s hell during rush hour and yes, do check your orders before you drive away.

the worse customer service i have EVER received, called to complain to the manager and was hung up on. Not to mention the hamburger patty on my chicken sandwich i ordered INSTEAD of the chicken. not one to complain. Ive workerd with food before i no you have crappy days but 3 out of the 3 i spoke to were just awful.

Not your usual fast food décor. Very nice.
