Burger King

Every single time I come to this location the fries are always cold. I always have to get out and ask them for fries that are actually hot. Every. Single. Time. Very annoying.

service here is usually slow (lot of park and wait), but today they were flying, friendly, and accurate — 2 thumbs up for the lovely blonde lady on the drive thru :-)

Trashy blonde girl that works cashier is rude snotty and could use an attitude adjustment, however our order was messed up and cold but Leah made it much better shout out home girl. And fire that unhappy worker. If I went to work that messy and rude… well I wouldn’t have a job

If I could give a zero rating I would but 1 is the lowest they have. My parents went to get some burgers at Burger King approximately 8:00pm on oct 9, 2015, and the reason I state the time and date is because the cashier that took their order had no name tag to identify her name (which she probably does often I’m guessing to avoid complaints). She was extremely rude to my parents and answer every question like she didn’t care for her job and the customer. My mother ask for a receipt and she told her in a loud voice «No receipt» which is ridiculous, because it seems she tried to charge extra for the burgers my mother bought and tried to get away with it. I hope she gets fired because if I hired her at my company and she did that she would of been fired along time ago.

Missing requested extra mayo along with no 2x lg fries. Luckily, we checked before leaving the lot. Drive thru. I will not return.

I like to give second chances so i went to this location this afternoon for some lunch. I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee and it tasted fine. Got to my work sat at my desk and looked into the cup as I took another sip and I see a something floating. So I open the lid and there is a fly in my drink. I’m disgusted. I’m not going to call and make a big deal butt lesson learned. Unless you like bugs and mold in your food do not eat here. Dirty Dirty and did I say Dirty?

I have to give them more than 1 – 2 stars, my order is usually wrong however Orlin (?) one of the managers the other evening made it right and had no questions policy to making the customer happy. The last few times I’ve had management argue with me about them making my orders wrong. Orlin did things the right way. As a manager of a large profit organization he has an attitude the rest of their staff needs to acquire.

New location looks nice but the cashier dropped our change at the drive thru and it took a long time for a simple order of two whoppers with nobody else around.

I went here on Monday around 11AM. Used their drive-​thru, there were two cars ahead of me. They took my order right away, but then I waited 10 minutes more until it was my turn at the window! Inexcusable since there were only two cars ahead of me. Then after they took my money it was another long wait until my food was handed to me. I was on my lunch hour from work so this was very inconvenient. My two cheeseburger were stale and overcooked. The onion rings were tough and overcooked. Doubt I’ll ever go to this location again.

this burger king is absolutely foul… bugs in the food and they love making you park if you go through the drive thru… save yourself the pain and just go to the mc donald’s next door if you must get your cheap burger fix… so gross…

I had an unpleasant experience, a family of 4, 3 of the orders were wrong, after a 5 min wait, my chicken sandwich had cheese that was not even the slightest bit melted. I ended up getting a refund and headed to Taco Bell down the street.

I have been going to this Burger King nearly all my life. I maybe should’ve only given it 3 stars, but the nostalgia forced me to give it 4. The only really bad things about this BK are the inside restaurant isn’t that great and some fellow customers are a bit shady. But, on my most recent visit, however, they definitely earned 4 stars! There was a long like at the drive-​thru when I pulled in, and I thought I’d be waiting forever, but they were actually pretty fast. My food tasted fresh and the staff was nice to boot. Well done BK!

My fiancé and I have visited a few times as it’s the closest BK to us near Foothill Farms, but they’re always understaffed. Occasionally the inside staff are cute but slow, but the drive-​through is always awful. Last night, despite the obvious manager standing by the window, he didn’t look at or acknowledge us for six minutes. After I finally was given the opportunity to pay, we didn’t receive our food for eleven minutes — after an employee asked if we had paid (and then disappeared for a few minutes) and almost didn’t give us our drink. There was one person before us in the drive-​through, and if there weren’t an elderly couple in a SUV behind us, I would have had some words with the manager but I felt bad, was hungry, and just wanted to go by that point.

This is a fine eating establishment. It was 5:52 a.m. and I was hungry, so I googled «burger king breakfast hours». Much to my delight, this location was listed as opening at 6. I pulled into the drive-​thru at approximately 6:03 — FAST service. The woman at the speaker was very helpful and answered my question thoroughly («Do you still have the 2-​for-​$ 3 deal?» «No.») My food was even sitting at the window waiting for me when I pulled up. I would have given this place four stars had my hash browns been warmer, but overall I was satisfied with my dining experience. Will definitely be back!

Went here for breakfast… BAD IDEA! I’m frugal so I will order from «da dolla» menu lol To make a long ranting review short, nasty bfast for a buck period! I should have went to McDowells oh damn, I ment McDonalds! Their $ 1 menu is the shit and atleast you wont get a muffi sammich stale and hard as a rock or cold ass hash browns (PLEASE BK JUST STICK TO WHOPPERS) DON’T FK WITH BREAKFAST SHIT! I’m so pissed I wasted $ 2.16 of my hard earned skrilla on dis place! Grrrrr!
