I love the Gelato here! Thank goodness it is not in the mall otherwise I would probably be here more frequently. They have many flavors that includes non dairy flavors that are fruit based. On my last visit they had pineapple which was probably the best non dairy Gelato I have had. That even includes in Lahaina in Maui where they have some delicious fruit flavored Gelato. Of course they have more traditional creamy Gelato flavors such as carmel, hazelnut, coconut, cookies and cream, macadamia etc. On this visit I paired the pineapple with the Smores flavor which is an odd combo but both flavors are so fresh, creamy and flavorful I could not decide which to choose. I appreciate the fact they let you get two flavors in a small portion. Many Gelato places don’t offer that. This visit two identical twins we’re working who were super friendly and patient with us and giving plenty of samples to taste. Another great thing is the price point is quite affordable– $ 7 for two small serving size that were very generous portions.

I came here for the first time yesterday with my cousin. First look at the place it looks cute and so simple. It’s located in the Arden Market Square food court where the United Artist Movie is at. We started out by sampling a few flavors. We both ended up getting the Tiramisu one. The service was blah cause when we walked up the worker was rude and butted into our conversation. She then proceeds to say my brother should invest in a house. She was very nosey and was asking how much money he had etc… I found that very disturbing. The guy that was working there that day with her seemed to be annoyed by her too but hey it’s his coworker so he probably had to keep it professional. After paying for our treat. I still tipped them a couple dollars. We left and came back for lids and she was very sassy about the lids for the gelatos. This place is good but the attitude on the worker needs improvement. Her vibe was a mood killer! Besides all that the guy worker was very professional and friendly. He gave us wafers to go with our Gelatos and told us to have a good day. I would go back to get dessert there. The reason for the two star is the girls work ethic. But the other star is for the tasty creamy gelato. If you’re in the area and craving italian ice cream this is the spot to hit up. But I warn you it could be bittersweet!

Not as good as it should be for Gelato. $ 4.25 for a little scoop– I guess that s kinda on the pricey side. I ordered the pistachio and coffee. The flavors are great but it melted too fast.

I tried the Roseville location and that was a few years ago. I’m glad they opened a location here which makes it convenient. My daughter was in a mood for the actual gelato and I forgot the flavor. I do recall that she got also a type of waffle cookie with her gelato. But I ordered a sparkling strawberry drink. I loved it. It was refreshing and satisfying. They have a great selection to choose from. It’s a great place to go to after watching a movie or walking through the Arden Mall next door.

I had the most disgusting cannoli. It was over priced(which if it’s good I don’t mind paying a little more). I bit into a soft flavorless soggy dough like shell with a bitter custard.

Great location, right next to the movie theatre and mall! I used to go to Miabella in Roseville and I was so happy to hear they opened one in Arden since I’m living in Sacramento now. Food: SOPERFECT. It tastes so smooth and the flavors are really rich. I have a lot of trouble deciding what to get whenever I go but I usually default to coconut and rose! The coconut tastes pretty fruity and smooth. The rose is floral and light — somehow the flavors go really well together. I also really like pomegranate! Totally recommend you try them both! I think they just came out with that flavor, it’s delicious! They have 24 flavors so you’ve got a lot of options. Price: I purchased a Groupon for $ 20 worth of gelato for $ 12 that you can use in $ 4 increments. Pretty sure it’s still available too! It’s usually 3.75 for a small and 4.75 for a medium. You can get a pint for ~$ 10. Ambiance: It’s just a little store in the food court next to CPK and Panda, it’s not anything amazing and I think the Roseville location is prettier, but for an after shopping treat this place is perfect! And the service is always great, they’re always so nice! They’ll let you try literally every flavor until you decide. Stop by if you’re ever in Arden, it’s some of the best gelato I’ve had! So smooth and delicious!

Bet you didn’t know this place had donut ice cream sandwiches! In a different form of course — a Hawaiian bread gelato sandwich! The description on the menu didn’t sound like it was going to be a Parlor puff-wannabe, but when the worker brought it out in a cute white paper bag, I knew what I was about to eat. Originally it sounded messy — two scoops of gelato on a Hawaiian roll? Like the delicious Kings Hawaiian rolls from the grocery store?! I figured that would be messy and you’d need a fork. But they actually press in the gelato — just like Parlor — and the roll was larger, as big as a hamburger bun. I thought it was a unique take on gelato — I’ve always seen these Parlor lookalikes with ice cream. However I’m not sure if gelato works — it’s a lot more creamy and melts faster. As for the Hawaiian roll, you could definitely taste the sweetness of the bread but it was different than the sweetness of a donut. It was a little too thick and bready for my taste. If I’m going to get gelato I’ll stick with having it in a cup or cone! But I commend them for taking a different approach to this donut fad!

love this place cuz they have so many flavors and they make it at the store which I was surprised to know that! I always thought Gelatos were made elsewhere and then sell it at the store. Everything were great!!!

I’ve been to Miabella in Roseville and remembered it being tasty, so I was excited to hear that a new gelato place opened in Sacramento. My friends and I came in around 9 pm on a Saturday night. We were greeted immediately and were able to sample so many flavors. The employee was really nice and wasn’t irritated at all. You can mix flavors as well, which made it even harder for me to decide what I wanted. I wound up with half toasted almond and half stracciatella, which is basically chocolate chip aka my all time favorite flavor. I paid $ 3.25 for a small, and it was more than enough. The gelato was very rich and creamy. Even the fruity sorbet flavors were creamy and not a bit icy. With the large variety of flavors and the excellent consistency of the gelato, I can see Miabella doing very well at this location.

So so so good! It’s been a long time since a dessert made me this happy. I had the dark chocolate and banana. It was so rich and just delicious. The young lady was friendly and let us know that it was made on premises with natural ingredients. Will most definitely be back.

Time: 1:37pm/98°F sunny Purpose: On my way to Roseville, Rocklin and Reno. What a coincidence? All three cities start with R’s lol. Anyways wanted to make sure cell signal would be strong for rest of the day. At&t was right next door with 100ft walking distances. Set-up: Located within the food court common area of Arden mall. There are no seating inside strictly a stand and eat, or take and eat elsewhere. One freezer display with 24 flavors on any given day with couple of more in back. Marble top counters with two grinders, coffee pump pots, Unic one chamber extractor espresso maker, box of bag tea, utensils station. Counter area ipad, tip jar, cone/cup display, used sample spoon trashbox. Overhead menu strip board, 3ft makeshift shelving units, float/shakes machine, couple of retro pictures hung up and CCTV on corners. Place looks pretty quiet during weekday not sure how the weekend is, I assume more kids. Staff: Two girls about high school age. Didn’t seem to care if you buy or not. Looks like I walk in to their conversation. They both stop, shorter girl came over. I said let me have a minute or two please? Tall girl daydreaming about bf, vacation, school etc. Clerk offers samples with no limits. Cleanliness: Grade A, impeccable no complaints. Counters clear of residues and debris. Display case no fingerprints, spotless. Eats/Drinks: One scoop of stracciatella $ 3.75 w/mini stroop wafer for garnish(no extra charge). Lots of places can say they’ve the best gelato. I was skeptical when I saw the display case, but a sample has suggest to me otherwise. Miabella serves up pretty decent gelato. Not the airy/fluffy melts fast type. My scoop was very refreshing and not too sweet. No air pockets or side track ingredients. FYI stracciatella means to stretch in Italian. As soon as I saw this, I didn’t pursue other flavors. I knew that was it for me. Let me break it down. You can compare it to American chocolate chip version. Only its made with chip morsels. Stracciatella version is made while vanilla is slow churning. Then its drizzle with warm chocolate till it touches the coldness. Once it hits, the process does a backward half/quarter spin and viola, stracciatella gelato is ready. Main Features: Gelato/sorbetto, affagato, cannolis, ice cream cupcakes(coming soon). Products/Services: Coffee by Illy, tea by Dammann, Da Vinci/Torani/Ghirardelli syrup, waffle cone, hand stuff pints/quarts, semifreddo, sparkling sorbetto, truffles, biscottis, iced coffee/espresso drinks, cannolis, affogato el café, hot chocolate, Italian soda, sparkling/bottled water, espresso. No vegan/GF options. Punch Lines: Zippy service, warm service, better than average, pleasing flavors, drool-worthy, imaginable toppings, devotees, well-prepared, can’t go wrong, rich and delicious, satisfactory, more than adequate, worth every coin, food court setting, no lines. Tradeoffs: One of several gelato makers that makes it in-house, no third party supplier. Final Thoughts: Not a big fan of sweets, but every now and then, I treat myself to some. Being a resident of SF the bay area food mecca city. I get gelato when ever I want within blocks of each other. As for today if, it wasn’t for the weather and signal on cell network, I would’ve walk past by straight to restroom. Gelato here are almost as close as to being rich as it gets. None of that foamy/airy crap just velvety smooth easy on the mouth goodness. IMHO, I think this place surpass some of the North Beach places, I really do.

This place JUST opened June 15th at Market Square next to Arden Fair Mall, and I am in love already. The Gelato is smooth and they have a great selection of flavors– I tried the rose and the hazelnut. Not too sweet, and no odd metallic aftertaste like Devine tends to have at times with their lighter flavors When I remarked that they didn’t have a tiramisu gelato yet, the young man helping me went into the back to ask their manager if he could offer me a slice of their tiramisu which had not been added to the menu yet. OMG. It is awesome. Best I’ve had other than Sampino’s in Midtown. I will be back for espresso– thanks for the amazing customer service!
